I was very pleased with my experience using this business recently. I've been to the 211 location…read morein previous years, but this was my first time at the Dolson location. I needed four new tires. I know next to nothing about tires. Large purchases regarding things outside of my wheelhouse can be daunting lol The employee who met me at the front desk was great - with a glance he knew the size of tire I'd need, pulled up the options for brands and prices for me, explained the differences between them so I could make an informed purchase, and not 20 minutes later I was done and heading home on four new tires. Can't ask for better than that :) We won't hesitate to return next time we need tires.

Believe the hype - the reviews are accurate. After more than a year of chasing down a vibration…read moreissue on my WK2, Justin took the time to actually listen, test the vehicle thoroughly, and apply his own experience to find what multiple Jeep service centers (about five) missed. The root cause ended up being a missing NVH foam piece - something simple, but overlooked repeatedly. Bolt also worked directly with my warranty company and made a real effort to get as much covered as possible, which I appreciated. While they were in there, they were upfront about the spark plugs - noting that since access was already open, it made sense to take care of it now rather than paying for the same labor again down the road. That kind of transparency goes a long way. Overall, the team comes across as fair, honest, and focused on doing things the right way. It's safe to say I'll be going back to Bolt moving forward.

I brought my vehicle in to this shop shortly after it had sustained some minor damage from a…read moreparking lot hit and run. The repair, I was originally told, would take about 2 days. My car ended up being there over a week! I was told several times that there was a delay in the shop obtaining a replacement part due to a supply issue. This created a hardship for me, as like most people, I need my vehicle for work and other important weekly obligations. Fast-forward a few months later. While vacuuming out the rear of my car's hatchback area, I notice several chunks of glass stuck in crevices under the rug and along the perimeter of the storage area. I soon realized what they were from - my rear glass window had been broken at some point! Upon careful examination, I could clearly tell the glass had been recently replaced, as the defrost lines were brand-new and the condition of the glass was that of a new automobile. I then realized that this shop had broken the glass, and rather than call me about the matter to explain their mistake (of which I would have been OK with - we all break things accidentally), they lied to me about why the repair was taking so long - because they needed to buy time to replace the broken glass! When I confronted them about this, they admitted to breaking the glass and said they lied to me because they didnt' want to upset me about the damage to the glass! Unbelievable !
