I needed four new tires. I know next to nothing about tires. Large purchases regarding things outside of my wheelhouse can be daunting lol The employee who met me at the front desk was great - with a glance he knew the size of tire I'd need, pulled up the options for brands and prices for me, explained the differences between them so I could make an informed purchase, and not 20 minutes later I was done and heading home on four new tires. Can't ask for better than that :) We won't hesitate to return next time we need tires.

That's not called rotation plus one of my center hub cap fell off the first 2 miles from not putting it on properly. I returned but they didn't take responsibility for it. Now I'm missing a cap. Better yet, the cap is no longer available.

Went in for a repair estimate and somehow left more confused than when I arrived. Mike looked at my…read morecar for maybe 3 minutes, tapped on the hood like he was in a movie, and immediately tried quoting me over $3,000 in repairs with almost no explanation. When I asked for a breakdown of the estimate, he got defensive and started throwing around vague mechanic terms hoping I wouldn't question it. Took the estimate to another shop and found out half the stuff Mike claimed was "urgent" didn't even need to be repaired. The whole place gives off shady vibes. Felt less like an honest repair shop and more like a place that preys on people who don't know cars. Would not trust Mike with a bicycle, let alone a vehicle.

My wife, who is far more critical than I am, went over the repair with her magnifying glass eyes and gave it an 11 on a 1 to 10 scale. I was kept informed throughout the process, updated as necessary, and they went over every line item on the repair invoice when we picked the car up. Horrible experience. Was the closest car wash to my location so I thought I would stop by and do a…read morequick self wash. I pull into the third bay and see it has an insert coins slot so I got some loose quarters I had in my cup holder I needed to get rid of just to see that every single slot is blocked off. I swipe my card instead, $3 start up fee whatever, just to find out the hose doesn't even work or switch to the other settings, the high pressure rinse which it was stuck on was at most misting onto my car. So i thought to test my luck with the second bay, the dial to switch between settings worked on this one but when I switch to the high pressure rinse to get the soap off my car i notice the hose is leaking soap so anytime I get close to my car to rinse off the preexisting soap new soap is dripping onto my car. Save your money and patience, go somewhere else, not hard to beat this place
