Great massage. Sports injuries are feeling great. Combined massage and physical therapy. Great take home approach to long-term body care.

I appreciated the feedback he gave me to integrate better body mechanics into my daily life, both during our session and in a detailed post-appointment e-mail.

This club is not…read moreonly spectacularly clean, centrally located in Fremont, 3 hr. free parking, open 24/7, the welcoming staff, but is well-equipped with any type of workout accessories & the newest editions of cardio machines. Some may say the lack of group classes is a con, but there are many options in walking distance. The rush hour times will be busy, but the members are truly friendly. I'd say this club is suitable for all realms of fitness at a reasonable price.

Uncomfortable environment from the manager "Avery". WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!…read more Someone like this would never happen at a reputable gym. I'm a member of equinox, and a few other local gyms and nothing like this has ever happened over years of visits. I've been to this location only twice, but every time I come here, I get bothered or confronted by this manager Avery. Maybe it's part of his job but very strange that he keeps tabs of everyone going into the bathroom. I'm sure it must make the women feel very uncomfortable. I injured my wrist recently, so it unfortunately takes about twice as long to take a shower so very strange. He keeps knocking on my door while I'm changing - while the other 4 bathrooms are open. If these managers are here to harass or keep tabs on customers, why even have them here? I also noticed over the past three years. The majority of the reviews were only one and two stars.

I love this gym :)…read more The SLU location is a much larger (and has anemities like a sauna) - but this one has all you need - all types of cardio machines, great equipment, showers, and even a ballet room. It's sort of located in a basement-esque space. It's not been too crowded whenever I have gone - but also, I have not gone during peak hours.

I regularly attend the FIT workouts, and I appreciate that each month brings a new routine, allowing you to track your progress within the month. They provide all the necessary equipment - cycling shoes for spin, and balls, mini bands, weights, and mats for barre. They also make fitness fun. Cycling and barre classes often have themed music or events. Plus, they host special happenings like Friday free classes and group donation competitions. Beyond the classes, canceling and pausing your membership is incredibly easy - just email them, and they'll adjust it for the next billing cycle. The front desk staff are also very knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to help and answer any questions.

The fitness instructors, Chris and John were really nice and enthusiastic to help us lose weight and get fit. They asked us what our fitness goals were and we shared what we hoped to gain from the classes. In the 28 days, I went about 60% of the time. I wish they had a gym in North Seattle because the Queen Anne location is a bit of a drive for me, especially during high traffic time (6:15 p.m. class). There is plenty of parking at this facility. I really enjoyed the week day classes inside the gym. It doesn't get so crowded that you stand around. Both John and Chris were really great in helping us have the right posture while doing each work out routine so that we wouldn't insure ourselves. You end up doing a lot of squats and stomach exercises. During the first few classes, I was sore beyond belief. It really helped strengthen my muscles. On the weekends, you meet at a park in Queen Anne. While we worked out, we also played games. This was both entertaining and a great opportunity to become more in shape. The only minor critique I have is that their pricing structure is a bit steep. For those who don't have a great amount of disposable income, $100+ per month (can't remember the exact amount) is really expensive. I understand that gym memberships are expensive but this is on the pricier side. If you do the math, it is more than $1,000 a year for exercise classes. There is class pass offered in the Seattle area for $79, which gives you access to many different gyms around the city. I am aware that they have promotions but it only lasts for a limited amount of time. Aside from their pricing, I'd say that their instructors and facilities are top notch. I thoroughly enjoyed taking work out classes here. Oh yah, I forgot to mention that the recipes that the gym sends out are great. They email healthy recipes to those on their email chain. My friend who attends Ian, tried out a couple of dishes and really liked it.

What it has is a picture of Ian when he was 10. Why would anyone not looking for a middle school yearbook give a $*it about that? You'll have to ask him. It also has a bunch of before-after pictures of people who supposedly got results. Speaking of which... I called 3 times in the past week and each time got a voicemail that tried too hard to appear jovial. No one returned my calls. I don't know whether the people that train there are telepaths, or they actually stopped by in person just to get a brochure, but the cheesy website, fake voicemail greeting and non-existing customer service killed it for me.
