Alex assisted me over the phone and knew, off the top of his head, what sizes and color suits he had in stock. Wow! Holy shit. I was expecting to be on hold for at least 10 minutes, but not this time.. He pulled three suits from his sales floor and had them hung up behind the register when I arrived an hour later. Alex assisted me and another customer, simultaneously, and I was able try on the dark blue which fit perfectly. The whole transaction took less than 15 minutes; and because of Alex, I'm relieved of the last minute stress this suit-shopping has caused. Thank you Alex.
