As a fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles, Poor Bous Sports is a one stop shop for all…read moreyour gear for either team! Depending on what time of the year you go, the store will have more O's gear (Spring and Summer) or Ravens gear (Fall and Winter) but both teams always have some gear all year round. The shop does a great job stocking new t-shirts and gear whether it was the new City Connect collection debuted by the O's this season or the annual Ravens salute to service collection. There's an online store too so you can ship gear if you can't trot to Dundalk but I recommend if you're a fan of either shop to make your way to the store at least once in to your life time!

This is a good local spot for some sports items and gardening odds and ends. To be 100% honest, I…read moreonly go for gardening items and have never really browsed the indoor section of the store. However, from what I could see when I am checking out they do have a fair selection of both Ravens and Orioles items ranging from socks to jerseys! In regards to the gardening items, for not being a specialty store, they do offer a great selection of soil, pots, and in the spring/summer time vegetables and other outdoor flowers. They do also sell some indoor plants but the selection is very slim compared to the rest. With that the prices on some items can be higher than expected but again, it is a local store so I almost expect it for them to be able to maintain buying them in smaller quantities. The staff are also very friendly and willing to help and/or answer any questions you have.

Advertised as clearance store. Be prepared to work. Located in Parkville with tons of parking. Lots…read moreof different departments including men's, women's, kids, athletics gear, and shoes. They even have team apparel for various sports teams. You will have to dig and hunt for the sales. There are price tags that you have to read the number on to see if it's 50% off. There's a code or something to that effect which is why I said be prepared to hunt and do work. Some items were only 10% off retail price. They do have a large selection of things. Worth stopping by and trying to find deals if you have time and patience. I feel like they are trying to bamboozle people by making it seem as if this is a clearance warehouse place. Slightly cheaper than actual Dick's store on many items. Not sure I would go again as I can for sure find the shoes online much cheaper from other retailers. Would come if needed workout clothes and had time to devote to hunting. Just meh.

Be wary on prices at register, versus what's marked on item. My Item was marked much lower on box,…read moreto my surprise at the register I was told twice as much opposed to price I saw when shopping, and I was told by the cashier the manager wouldn't change it so don't even bother arguing price change. If you would've asked me yesterday, I would've told you 6 out of 5 stars. I've found excellent apparel, shoes, equipment, and I stand by this place and literally shop here twice a week for past few years. I will continue to shop here just more vigilant, just giving my 2 cents for what it's worth.

Eastpoint Mall will close on August 31st, 2026. What's sad is this mall is not dead; it's very far…read morefrom it. National anchors include Gabe's and JCPenney, with local businesses occupying other anchor spaces. The interior is filled with many local businesses, some of which have started closing sales. It has a food court that was busy during my stop and still has food stands. The mall does have a basement, which has office space, and Ultrazone Baltimore, a Lazer tag place that also has arcade machines. Office space also exists above the food court, but that was largely empty. The condition of the mall overall was good with the plants still being watered. While the mall does look dated, I could find no reason the owners would want to shut it down. This is an alive, almost vibrant mall that by the end of August will be no more. It's a real shame.

I grew up in Dundalk. My grandmother used to take me to Eastpoint as a child. I went to see Santa…read morethere, the Easter Bunny. A hundred stores must have come and gone since then. It's a sad shell of a space now. To think there used to be penguins and monkeys there. Eastpoint is now a popular local meme: "If Eastpoint Mall hasn't given up neither should you"... However, several stores and kiosks are still decorated for Christmas and it's August, so I don't know about the "not giving up" part. I have never seen so many downtrodden employees, lounging in empty stores, scrolling aimlessly through their phones. They know no one is coming to save them from the relentless boredom. Someone will rob one of the jewelry stores, if they're lucky. There are three food stalls in the food court: a Japanese place that doesn't give samples (I grew up having sample givers chase us through half the food court), a chicken box/fish spot, and the pizza place that has been there since the dawn of time. Nothing substantial. Definitely nothing that could be called a national chain. Want a cheeseburger? You're going to have to leave the mall and walk across the parking lot to McDonald's. JC Penney is the only anchor store, which never bodes well. Value City is gone. I swear my mom must have bought 90% of her furniture there. Remember when there was an Ames there? Or the Kmart? There's a haunted house in that space now. How very Dundalk. What other mall do you know that has a haunted house in it? There wasn't anything that I particularly wanted to buy out in the mall. I like to take a spin through about once a year. Watch the slow decay of yet another happy memory of my childhood (we used to go to the Friendly's there - it was across from the Brass Hen - and that's where I learned I love black raspberry ice cream, for example). I won't be surprised when it finally closes. I'll be sad, but that's the fall of capitalism for you. It's a race to the ultimate finish line between Eastpoint and Marley Station in Glen Bernie. It'll be interesting to see which survives the longest.
