I put my number in but apparently, she was ringing up my order as a brand new purchase. When I told her that I was returning an item, she responded that I never informed her that I had a returned. I responded by informing her that she never said hello to me and never asked what I needed. She argued back that she asked me how I was doing and that it was my fault that she rung up the purchase. I educated her on customer service and informed of better ways to act as a cashier. She processed my return finally. Because of this interaction, I wouldn't come back to location. If Kristen isn't able to remain professional and welcoming while working at the cash register, she should find a different position that doesn't require employee-to-customer interactions.

Many places were selling at $3/pound, PIASBmores sold at a much more reasonable rates. Then they were able to deliver to HOCO since they had a delivery coming to that area, saving me from driving up to BMore. Now I found myself wanting some dumbbells, again PIASBmore came through, where so many people are attempting to sell 2 20lb dumbells for $100 they again came through with normal prices. What's more they held their original quoted price even when their cost increased. That is putting the customer FIRST! Jamie and the gang really work for you. Give them an opportunity.

If I bought the wrong size, changed my mind, or simply didn't like the shoes, that would be on me. But this is not a return issue. This is a product failure. I purchased these Nike running shoes from the Nike Factory Store/Outlet in White Marsh, Maryland, on Thursday for approximately $71. Within just two days, the sole began separating from the shoe and is now visibly coming apart. These were essentially brand-new shoes that failed almost immediately. When I called the store to explain what happened, I made it very clear I was not trying to return them due to preference or buyer's remorse. I was reporting a defective product that had already broken down after minimal use. The response I received was that the sale was final, nothing could be done, and I was simply out the $71. That level of response is extremely disappointing. An "All Sales Final" policy should apply to normal customer returns--not to merchandise that appears to be defective right out of the box. A shoe that starts falling apart after two days is not normal wear and tear, and it reflects poorly on both product quality and customer support. I expected significantly better from Nike, both in terms of durability and accountability.

To make matters worse, the manager was a few registers over (I know because she had to be called to push through a discount), and she was busy in her own world as well.

I have been a customer for many years and Harry and his team never disappoints! I went back today to purchase a rifle for my daughter, and as ALWAYS, Harry pointed me in the right direction. After I placed an order, I mentioned that I have 2 $100 EXPIRED gift cards. I didn't expect Gun Connection to honor them as it's my fault I forgot to use them, but guess what? THEY DID! It's your typical elitist gunstore and unless you know quite a bit about weapons, you will be treated like an idiot. Outright laughing at customers, racist remarks and putting down other local businesses are the norm. Unless you're buying something they don't really have time for you and your questions. read more

On another visit, I was granted entry (door buzzer). Instead, I was the only patron. It appeared that only the proprietor, his assistant and me were the only people inside of the establishment. The proprietor appeared to be doing paperwork to the left of me. To the right of me was the assistant who appeared to be wiping down the counter and various other things, like the telephone and such. Not wanting to intrude, I sat on a stool while getting no attention. After approximately 3 or 4 minutes, I got up to leave. To exit the door had to be buzzed. About 4 steps to the door, the buzzer immediately sounded to allow me to exit. Not one single word was spoken between us. I used this establishment for FFL services, not anymore. Freestate range is a short distance away and the cost of transfer is slightly cheaper and services professional and polite.
