They went thru my clothing/purses, took what they wanted and gave the rest back to me. Policy is they get 60%, you get 40%. (typically it is the opposite, seller gets the 60%). They did not give me a receipt of what they kept of mine. When I went to pickup my unsold items, I was absolutely sick at the commission I received. I gave them NWT (last years items) lilly Pulitzer dresses, tops, skorts, Coolibar skort/coverups, Wooden Ship sweater, Betsy Johnson dress, etc, all name brand items, I asked for a receipt of my sold items and unsold items, they answered "we don't have a printer". more iThey could not/would not give me a receipt of what sold and for how much. (this is a service available on every consignment software, they were very honest and said they did not want to do that for their consignors). Manually we went through some of the sold items. NWT L.P, dress, retail $148, I received $15. Wooden Ships, retail $145, received $11. etc. Several of my items were not on my inventory, and several items on my account were not mine, I received $236 for a batch of great and varied name brand items for consignment (total retail value $1200.00 consigned) Their lack of record keeping/accounting is a sign of not being organized and more importantly not honest with their consignors. I would not reccommend consigning at this business.

They're rebranded as Eco-thrift and the results are disappointing. Lame selection of just about everything and they've jacked up prices considerably. Even if you are intending to buy something completely unrelated to Pokémon or cards, I would stay far away from such a dishonest and immoral business.

Went in to look around for some materials for my garage and some of the young guys working there…read morewere very helpful until some arrogant manager came over and sarcastically asked them what they were doing. I had asked them for 12 sheets of luan and they needed to be in good shape because I was using them on an exposed ceiling. The manager came over and I told him I needed them undamaged and he look at me with a very disrespectful stare and said that I was funny.... He was very ignorant and wasn't happy the staff were helping me. I checked over the luan that they pulled for me and a few were damaged and I didn't want to waste time having them put them back and get other ones so I told him I didn't want them and he can put them back. I just went to Home Depot and got the same thing in pristine condition for $0.50 more per sheet. They are overpriced there and management is horrible so goto another location or the Loading Dock in Baltimore. I buy stuff there and management is helpful and not ignorant.... He should be fired and never work in customer service or management of any type.... I hope he reads this. I am sure all of the staff know who I am talking about and they share my comment. He was probably in his 50s and had some crazy red or reddish blonde hair.... He had this crazy look on his face like he was always mad.... Steer clear...

You will find designer brands, great quality clothes, and amazing deals. The clothes and accessories here are pretty upscale and somewhat preppy. Some things in here, even discounted, I wouldn't be willing to pay for, not because it wouldn't have been a great deal but because I don't really believe in spending huge amounts of money for a label. However, I am about finding pieces to invest in especially at a good cost! The first time I ventured here with my roommates, they both ended up with some great pieces and dresses for work attire, while I didn't find anything that caught both my eye and my wallet. But the second time. Oh man, I'm still excited and it was two weeks ago! I found brown leather boots, real ones in perfect, yet already broken in condition for $75. Now that seems expensive for a consignment shop but I know how expensive leather boots can be and I knew this was a steal. I didn't know how much of one until later on when I looked up the designer, Cole Haan who doesn't sell a boot for under $350!!! I can't wait until it's chilly enough to wear my boots! But for sure, if you're in the area, and looking for some deals, check this place out. The women who run it are always friendly and you never know what you'll find!

Nice little consignment shop. I had this on my list to check out and I'm happy I finally visited…read morethe shop. I was greeted immediately with a warm welcome. The shop has a variety of items preloved from contemporary to high end designer. I took my time to browse the clothes, shoes, bags, scarves and belts. As I picked out items, a friendly lady offered to take some items to a dressing room for me. That was helpful because it allowed me to free up my hands and arms to continue to sift through the items. I scored a couple pieces that I found. I was told they get new pieces daily. I look forward to going back as a regular customer.
