I tried to return a brand new pair of shorts with tags that were a gift. All I wanted to do was exchange them for another color because the color I received was light and completely see-through. The gentleman at the counter refused to consider anything I said because I did not have a gift receipt, and he was only willing to give me a third of the value of the shorts. I really like the shorts and would like to keep them. I just am not interested in flashing everyone in the process. I just wanted a different color. Such a shame as I always was so happy with this store's curbside pick up. It's been the best. Unfortunately I will not be back. So disappointed. : (

They even have team apparel for various sports teams. You will have to dig and hunt for the sales. There are price tags that you have to read the number on to see if it's 50% off. There's a code or something to that effect which is why I said be prepared to hunt and do work. Some items were only 10% off retail price. They do have a large selection of things. Worth stopping by and trying to find deals if you have time and patience. I feel like they are trying to bamboozle people by making it seem as if this is a clearance warehouse place. Slightly cheaper than actual Dick's store on many items. Not sure I would go again as I can for sure find the shoes online much cheaper from other retailers. Would come if needed workout clothes and had time to devote to hunting. Just meh.

I've found excellent apparel, shoes, equipment, and I stand by this place and literally shop here twice a week for past few years. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Play It Again Sports over the years, both as a customer and a member of the community. From buying and selling equipment for my daughter and her various sports to getting my own gear serviced, they've always gone above and beyond. Most recently, I reached out to them about equipment for a charity event, hoping to find affordable options. Instead, they generously donated what we needed. Their kindness and compassion blew me away. The team is professional, helpful, and community-minded. Because of their consistent support and genuine care, Play It Again Sports will always be my first stop for any sports equipment needs. Many places were selling at $3/pound, PIASBmores sold at a much more reasonable rates. Then they were able to deliver to HOCO since they had a delivery coming to that area, saving me from driving up to BMore. Now I found myself wanting some dumbbells, again PIASBmore came through, where so many people are attempting to sell 2 20lb dumbells for $100 they again came through with normal prices. What's more they held their original quoted price even when their cost increased. That is putting the customer FIRST! Jamie and the gang really work for you. Give them an opportunity.
