This is a combination Patagonia outlet and regular shop that also holds sample sales and local events like lectures and yoga classes. There is metered street parking available right by the entrance or you can try to find free street parking a block over and walk. This is apparently the largest Patagonia store on the East Coast and they even have their own Baltimore patch! They have sales on top of their outlet prices as well but just keep an eye on what they serial is actually on sale such as fleeces instead of the entire store being on additional sale. I came by for a yoga class on a Sunday morning (bring your own mat!). This was hosted by Andrea and attendance was about 15 people and was a very pleasant peaceful start to the morning! It has a…read moremisleading website, with respect to a new racquet purchase, and did not listen to me (the customer). I had purchased a racquet not knowing it's the prior 3 year old model. Their website is not clearly labeled for the version of the racquet shown and is misguiding people. When you click through their menu items to display the racquets by brand, the OLD generation racquets are shown, not clearly labeled as such and nowhere on that list is the new generation shown. They don't feel its misleading, not listening to the customer so they will not provide a full credit for the racquet with stringing. They discount the refund by the cost of the string and $9 for the racquet.

I put my number in but apparently, she was ringing up my order as a brand new purchase. When I told her that I was returning an item, she responded that I never informed her that I had a returned. I responded by informing her that she never said hello to me and never asked what I needed. She argued back that she asked me how I was doing and that it was my fault that she rung up the purchase. I educated her on customer service and informed of better ways to act as a cashier. She processed my return finally. Because of this interaction, I wouldn't come back to location. If Kristen isn't able to remain professional and welcoming while working at the cash register, she should find a different position that doesn't require employee-to-customer interactions.

Many places were selling at $3/pound, PIASBmores sold at a much more reasonable rates. Then they were able to deliver to HOCO since they had a delivery coming to that area, saving me from driving up to BMore. Now I found myself wanting some dumbbells, again PIASBmore came through, where so many people are attempting to sell 2 20lb dumbells for $100 they again came through with normal prices. What's more they held their original quoted price even when their cost increased. That is putting the customer FIRST! Jamie and the gang really work for you. Give them an opportunity.
