Several people on here claimed they waited in line for 45mins and the employees were rude....Lol....I only waited for 10 - 15 minutes each time. However, the customer service I received from Carina, the cashier, was so herrendous that I will not be returning. The 1st incident... I stood next to my mom with my shopping cart as we were discussing other items I needed to purchase from another nearby store. Right before I could finish my sentence, Carina LOUDLY said, "Ma'am, we only have one line so please get behind her." I mentioned we were together and she ignored me. 2nd incident... While I was shopping, I found a toy in the clearance section that I wanted to buy for my Special Education class that would have been a GREAT non-edible reinforcer. When I told her I got it from the clearance section, but it didn't have a tag... Right away her response was, "Well another customer put it there." I responded with, "Well there were about 3 or 4 of the same toy in the clearance section. So, if it isn't clearance I don't want it." She told me she'd check. She called someone and hung up and said, "Like I said it isn't clearance and someone put it there." I let her know again, "Then I don't want it." As she finished ringing me up, I asked, "Do you have a teachers discount?". Very rudely, she said you need a teachers card. So, as I reached for my ID badge and said, "Like my ID?" She rudely said, "No, a teacher debit card." I explained to her that wasn't a thing and the majority of school district uses PO's. She completely rubbed me the wrong way from when I first got in line until I left. Tried to see if I could contact Hobby Lobby, but they only take phone calls or you can physically write a letter. Maybe you should have a survey on your receipt, so Ya'll know how your employees are treating customers. The people stocking the store were much more helpful and cheerful than she was. Maybe Carina should be pulled for a bit, if she can't show GREAT customer service.

Licensed Vocational Nurse working towards her RN, MSN until I finally got so exhausted & beaten-down by the revolving "PRE-REQUESITES SWINGING DOOR", where the College changed the required courses to enter eligibility "mode" to apply to enter the RN Program @ none other than the crookedness College this side of crooked; San Joaquin Delta College, where I obtained my LVN Graduation Certificate, after successfully completing my pre-requisite's for the LVN & RN Program, successfully & ethically... Now how is this relevant to crafting this exclusive, for Yelp! ONLY review of Ross Dress for Less? You may be, pondering; or not..... Well, it's not really relevant but as a nurse; nurses absolutely MUST TAKE CARE OF THEIR BACKS & FEET... Now this is where the review begins.... Several months ago, I had 2 Ross gift-cards I needed to use and I was in a pinch, as to desperately needing a solid, long lasting (if at all possible) set of "sneaker shoes"... Low & behold I've only washed them once in the time I've had them, less than 7 months I believe it is and they bounced-back, in better than ever shape! The outer shell was dirty due to this Valley Fever "Powdery Dirt" flying up in the air 24/7 & 365 days per annum... So here are some photo's of what turned out to be, one heck of a great deal & a reliable pair of "sneakers"... It was brought to my attention, recently by my Mother, that I walk on the "outside" of my shoes... After learning of this no-no-engrained-behavior I began to become aware of that nasty habit, and set out to change it... Well, I'm here to tell you that it is harder than it appears... Fruit can heal. Ginger is recommended almost exclusively for morning sickness due to pregnancy and is wonderful for plain-ol'-nausea. My Acupuncturist Dr. Shen here locally in Modesto, California, recommended I ingest "Candied Ginger" for my non-stop nausea & I wasn't pregnant at that time.
