Super cute quilt shop with a nice vibe and friendly staff, they do longarm quilting and also have classes. Not a huge selection of fabrics, but what they do have is unique and good quality. Although I have not yet visited this shop in person, my review is for the staff alone. I called so many quilt shops to try to find someone to make me a memory quilt using some shirts I had, no one called me back except this shop. Although they could not make the quilt for me, she went out of her way to find someone for me. This is my go to store. It is clean, the people are nice , it is organized in a way that makes sense and it is always nicely decorated. Because they do not buy every line of fabric that comes out, it is never so crowded you have to step over stuff. They change up their displays often and it is always very cute and inviting. If I need a quilt shop near Stockton, this is where I go. read more

My sister and I went to Ladybug's Quilts today on our way back to the Bay Area. We found the woman so friendly, gracious, nice, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a very enjoyable experience. She didn't try to hard sell anything. She was so friendly you just want to support this shop. Plus the fabric is of very high quality and the prices were not so bad. We are definitely coming back here again. Now, for the Review of Jenn S. I wish there was a place to show that the review was NOT helpful, because it was just that, not helpful at all. In fact, it was mean. What are you complaining about and giving the shop 2 stars? You state that you got nice customer service and the people are nice. Why the low rating? No they are not a Joannes. I mean, really, do you expect this small quilt shop to be loaded with the same amount of fabric and sold for the same price point of a huge, multi-national store? Really??? Your review is like saying that you went to Outback Steakhouse, have a wonderful meal and service but give them only 2 stars because you can go to McDonalds and get a cheaper hamburger. Ladybug's Quilts fabrics are a much higher grade of fabric than what Joannes has. You get what you pay for. I go to Joannes all the time, but, if I want good batiks, I go to a quilt shop in Danville. If I want high quality fabric I order it on www.equilter.com or go these boutique quilt shops that have quality. There are not too many quilt shops left in the Bay Area. I like to stop here when going wine tasting in Lodi. Love this store. Lots of quilts on display, kits and patterns to go with them.
