The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is that they don't necessarily have 'speedy' service. Usually they give me a 'date to pick up by' but its usually a day or two after that. I don't mind. So far the quality of their work is reasonable and good quality. I have gone to another business like this in Lodi and HATED it. There customer service was dismal. Monogram Magic to me is a hidden gem in Manteca. I will continue to bring business to them. I definately won't do the online screen printing like Vista Print or other places that the prices are too good to be true....even if its a fraction of the price---its all done in china. Beware of that online. Stick to local! Why not support a local business that helps the Manteca community and beyond in? To me good customer service.
