Great customer service, honest and open about the price up front. I will only be going to them from here on out. Best Buy got their last dime from me.

I dropped off my PC at 10 AM and he had it completely diagnosed and fixed by 3:30 PM - same day service when most shops would have kept it for days. But what really impressed me was how Garnik actually took the time to explain everything instead of just doing the work and handing it back. He didn't just slap on new thermal paste and call it done. He properly reapplied the paste, then noticed my fan configuration was all wrong and moved everything to the correct CPU pump headers and fan headers. He walked me through exactly what was causing the thermal problems and how he fixed them, then stress tested the whole system right in front of me so I could see it was running properly. Garnik was super knowledgeable, friendly, and got everything done way faster than I expected. It's honestly rare to find someone who knows their stuff this well and actually takes the time to make sure you understand what's going on with your build. They also sell fast food, Pro Club clothes, and refill water jugs! I missed the location at first because I was looking for a separate building with an individual sign, but I called and they confirmed it was inside the "Tropicana" smoke shop, right next to a laundromat. Fast and reliable service. Plenty of parking. I will definitely consider them again in the future.
