I called on a Tuesday afternoon on the off chance that she was still accepting walk-ins for the day. I'm so grateful that she ended up having space available, because this is my favorite haircut and experience of my life. She understood exactly what I wanted based on my picture of Jenny Ortega sporting shaggy layers. She encouraged me that I had more curls than I knew (versus other hairstylists have often doubted me so I started calling my hair wavy). She is positive and affirming when chatting with customers, and by the end, I had made a new friend. Best Hair Salon in town…read more I will never get tired of recommending Allure. Every person I have recommended it too has absolutely loved it and they always surprise with their services. First of all, all the ladies are professional, nice, and listen to what you want. They constantly check in to make sure you are happy and go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied with your service. For instance, one day I was in a time crunch and two stylists worked on me to make sure I would make it on time. Another time, I had to work and they were extra accommodating to help me work on my laptop while styling my hair. The products they used are high quality and your hair will thank you. My hair always feels healthy, smooth, and smells amazing. I always get compliments when I come here and I am always happy to recommend it. If that wasn't great enough already they offer you a coffee, tea, water and some treats when you come in. Additionally, they are always playing the best music. Got double pink-eye from the lash lift and got called a liar when I tried to warn them to not hurt…read moreanybody else! I came in for a haircut and eye-lash lift in September. I woke up the next morning with pink eye in both eyes and blurred vision. I went to the doctor and got diagnosed with double pink eye the evening after the lash lift. I missed 3 days of work and I have huge doctors bills. I tried to contact the salon three separate times to rectify this situation and to warn them so other customers don't get double pink eye as this was very painful and lasted for more than a week. The salon ignored my emails, calls and texts and refused to speak to me. I had to go into the salon because this was not okay with me and the salon owner said that it was "not possible" for me to have gotten pink eye from the establishment, but then switched her story to saying that it was a "chemical burn" and that the medical professional was wrong in her diagnosis. I went in to ask for an apology and hopefully at least money back, and I got called a liar. I never even got so much as an apology which is insane because all they are doing in their google reviews is apologizing. Terrible vibe do not go here!
