I went in expecting the same service I've received in the past and was met with a pushy attitude telling me to sit as I waited for the rest of my party to walk in. The lady who did my eyebrows poked my eye and kept placing one of her hands on my eye despite knowing she had poked my eye. Didn't feel sanitary or clean at all, was very uncomfortable with someone's hand over my eye like that. My eyebrow was also cut too short on one side. They also served another customer who had arrived after the rest of my party and they ignored another one of us who was looking to get our eyebrows done. I was really skeptical about finding a new place that would get my eyebrows done just right. However. A1 arch salon blew me away! I walked in without an appointment and only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seen. The two ladies working were very nice. My eyebrow threading only took about 10 minutes and they came out amazing! The best waxing place I've ever been too. First, the results, I usually get my eyebrows, Brazilian, legs, and underarms done. In just 3-4 sessions I have seen a decrease in hair growth. I have gotten a lot of waxes and never in my life have they been this good and let me say they make sure to get every hair. They make my eyebrows look flawless. I would highly recommend the nose black head removal especially if you have an event you want to have perfect skin for. Second, the technicians, they are absolute sweethearts and will go above and beyond to make you happy and make sure you are satisfied with your service from the minute you walk in you feel welcome and they legitimately want to give you a good experience not take your money. Third, they have the highest quality in their products. I am not an expert but this wax makes it not painful at all and again, I end up with clean, hairless skin. I have super sensitive skin and had never had issues with any of their products in fact they make me skin look healthy and smooth. I cannot say enough great things about A1 Arch Salon. First of all, the women who perform the threading and waxing services are phenomenal. They truly care about making you look and feel good. They both go above and beyond and are detail oriented. They ensure you are comfortable and happy with their service. They are also honest and do not try to sneak in extra costs. Second, the facility is both clean and welcoming. Other waxing and threading services I've been too have had walls with wall paper peeling off, dust on the shelves, cracked mirrors, etc. A1 Arch Salon is brand new on green street and has a pleasant and peaceful vibe to it. I got my first brazilian done here 4 days ago. Everything was very clean! My experience was a 10/10. I was very nervous for the waxing but the worker made me feel very safe and very confortable. She made sure I wasn't uncomfortable the entire time I was there. She did a beautiful job and will definitely be coming back and make a1 arch salon my regular waxing location. Literally my favorite place to get my eyebrows done. Both sisters do such a great job and totally transforms you. I would NOT recommend this place. I asked for a full brazilian and paid a loooot for it only to leave the salon with almost 30% of the hair still there because they did not know how to remove it!!!! As if that was not enough, the following day, I started noticing scabs on my skin and it was so red and burning. I went to the dermatologist and she said they slightly burned my private area. It looks and feels awful now and will continue to look like that for the next week or so. Worst and most unprofessional experience in a salon. So I'm sure you can understand my frustration with the results I just received from this awful place. All I wanted was to get my eyebrows waxed, and she must have messed them up because she asked if she could also thread them as well and I said sure because I wanted them to be perfect. After she was done I realized my eyebrows burned a little more than usual but didn't think anything of it.....until I got home and saw myself in the mirror. POOR SERVICE - Don't waste your money and time with A1 arch. They are super unprofessional, they do not keep their appointments, and use sub-standard quality products on your skin. I booked an appointment and went in for a waxing at the said time. I was ignored for about 20 minutes while they kept servicing others who were there before me. When I approached them to ask how much longer would I need to wait, the lady asked me to "adjust" and wait for 30 more minutes. I thought my eyebrows weren't salvageable because they had no shape to them at all but the woman who did my eyebrows was so good at doing them and tinting them that they look SO GOOD.
