I'm new to the spa as well as the Sorella Apothecary product line she used and I'm impressed with the range of treatments. The spa itself is really cute- far above average for C-U. What I was most impressed with was the friendliness and warmth of the staff. So often the culture and attitude of salon and spa employees can leave customers feeling like they aren't glamorous enough to be on the premises. During my microblading consultation with Sebastian we discussed my concerns and objectives and he recommended micro shading as the best way to achieve the results I wanted. During my appointment he took the time to get my brows mapped out, he was thoughtful and careful and made sure I was happy before he started the procedure. He numbed me for about 30 minutes and then we got started. The procedure was painless - literally painless! My brows looked great when I left the salon, however they were dark at first, but this is to be expected - and you must trust the process. In the two and a half weeks since my appointment I have had no issues. I am so extremely happy with the results. My brows look amazing, and I feel great. I loved the way my lashes looked at first but as the months went by, I realized that the lashes weren't worth paying 100$ every 2 weeks for a fill. It looked like I just had one layer of mascara on so I asked around to see if there are any more lash places around here. I found one that was half the price and double the quality of the ones I got here at beau visage. It was fuller and lasted so much longer. I went approximately two weeks ago to get a partial leg wax. The location is nice and the spa itself is beautiful with a friendly staff. However, as for the quality of the leg waxing, it was extremely subpar. There are so many areas that were missed. I had to literally shave my entire legs just to make sure ALL the hair was finally gone. When I pay $50 for a waxing, I feel that the waxing should be done appropriately. First time visit and I got a lash lift. First time I didn't get anything in my eye. I've always had some minor stinging afterwards and once had a terrible burn but this is the first time I felt nothing afterwards. Professional service and I loved the home feeling of the spa. I felt so relaxed there even though I only got my lashes done. I liked the text reminders even though I didn't need them but I'm sure they're convenient for busy times. The helpful thing about the reminders were the "How to find the spa" tips and where to park which made things so much easier.
