The buildings are well cared for and maintained. You don't have to wait on hold to speak with a human or be routed to some corporate call center if you ever have a question. I especially appreciate the way Pat and the rest of her staff take the time to call me. I was traveling a lot the past few years, and might have missed a mailed letter - but they ALWAYS took the time to phone - and easily manage my payment info over the phone. I feel that my "stuff" is stored in a safe dry place - with friends keeping an eye on it. Over the years I've referred people to this place, and continue to do so. An honest and friendly place to business with.

Security: is a joke as the car dealership next door has access direct to the storage property…read more Also, for each of the storage buildings the doors are not locked--in fact they don't have locks on the doors at all. They have "some" cameras that are visible, but because of the cheapness of this place and the extremely poor lighting--it would not be surprising if they cameras are not functioning or if they did work--you probably would not be able to see anything. The cameras are only on the Exterior of the buildings and None on the interior. Access hours are very limited in comparison to other places. On site management is ridiculous to put it mildly. William claims he has been the office manager for over 5 years, yet is not able to answer a simple inquiry without contacting the owner. He also is extremely dishonest and makes up rules and regulations out of nowhere--then claims "oh but that is a rule by management i have no control". IE: recently they had "proudly" displayed in their office that they were members of the Better Business Bureau--so I inquired and William confirmed. I contacted the BBB and indeed they are Not members. Facilities: floor is cement stained, dusty, uneven.... Walls are cheap Sheetrock like material which is placed between metal rails with the Sheetrock not even extending to the top of your unit--so another way your items are Not secure. The smoke alarm--only 1 visible per bldg--was beeping due to low battery--safety is also not a priority or concern.... Personal info: they take a photo copy both your drivers license and cc and when you leave--they won't return your personal info--Call the cops! Their prices are about 10% cheaper than average, but definitely not worth the trade off of sub-par facilities and the idiot management. Take your business elsewhere, anywhere but here....

I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years but they no longer value my patronage. They not only raised the monthly rent multiple times (which is expected for inflation) but they also discontinued a discount that I had on my unit since they knew I would be a long-term renter. When I tried to negotiate a compromise, all I received back was pretty much a "Don't like it? Then get out." I hate businesses that don't keep their word. Very disappointed how they've become just like any other public storage location. =(
