Yummy burger! [Roseville CA] I had a chance to try their burger for the first time when they were the food truck on the rotation schedule at the FlexCare Staffing parking lot. I couldn't decide between the California Burger and the Western Bacon Cheeseburger... I decided on the latter... coming back for that California Burger next time. The burger was huge! 1/4-lb beef, bacon, cheddar cheese, onion rings, and BBQ sauce on brioche bun. Excellent, flavorful and delicious! My co-worker got the Nashville Hot Fried Chicken and she loved the Nashville spiciness. I'm going to try one of their chicken sandwiches next time they return. Fast and friendly customer service. Ran into this food truck at a winery. We ordered onion rings, truffle cheese fries, and 4 bao sliders. In my opinion, they are overpriced for the amount and quality you get....especially for a food truck. Truffle cheese fries, did not taste any truffle. Onion rings....little amount for the price and I had old onions masked with deep frying for sure. The bao was okay....nothing special but the only decent thing of all the items we ordered. Not sure about all the great reviews but that was certainly not our experience. Let's hope that we came in for their "off-day". read more

Visited this truck at the Dono del Cielo winery last week. Good eats! My wife and I each ordered burgers, and we asked for them to be medium rare. The nice order taker said they would do their best but that it was sometimes hard to get the patties cooked that way on their grill. Guess what. they were perfect! Caught them at Crooked Lane brewing on a Thursday night. They had the back door open to the truck. It was very clean inside. Food was good quality. Better than what I expected from a food truck. Decent size for the price too. One of the burgers didn't mention cheese on the ingredients so if that's an issue make sure you check with them when ordering. read more

A lot of times I feel disappointed with food trucks, but not this time I got the bao sliders and they were amazing the burger had a nice crisp while the center was a perfect medium, the bao bun was also very tasty and a nice ratio bun to meat. Highly recommend! read more

Poor quality and overpriced. So disappointed after a night-out at a local brewery with JJ's as the featured food truck. For $52 we got a western bacon cheeseburger, katsu chicken sandwich, onion rings and Parmesan truffle fries. $52 is not too bad for all that, objectively; but every item was disappointing. The chicken in the "katsu" (zero taste of katsu sauce) sandwich tasted as if it was in the deep fryer way too long, and tasted like it was fried in 3-day-old oil. Same with the onion rings - 6 measly onion rings (some the same circumference as a golf ball) for $6. The katsu sandwich had that pre-bagged cole slaw mix that just tastes plastic, too. No originality. Parmesan truffle fries were those kind of cookie-cutter fries you get frozen, for cheap. Near zero seasoning - "Parmesan truffle" meant nothing. The burger was okay but still lacking in every way. Lastly, each extra sauce (we got ranch and BBQ) was $2!! And yes, it was bottled Hidden Valley and BBQ, nothing homemade. Half the container was air too, of course. I know food trucks are food trucks and limited in their preparation but it was disappointing to spend that amount and not enjoy anything. It felt like a scam, honestly. I hope this business can put more effort into their food in the future. read more

Ran into this food truck at moonrakers brew in auburn. Went up to order had three people in front of me. They turned us away saying it's gonna be 10 minutes before they take more orders. I thought no problem went and sat down just to watch someone walk up and order food. Won't spend my hard earned money here. read more
