I specifically asked for a Number 3 which includes exfoliation scrub, along with a 10 min massage and a few extra services but those two are the main ones I will speak upon. So when it came down to doing the scrub the worker with the glasses and orange hair with blue metallic nails she literally only applied scrub on my feet to which I've always known they do the scrub starting from a bit below the knee right down to your feet and she didn't do that at all. And don't get me started on the supposedly "10 minute massage" it ended up being 6 minutes in stead. Once it came down the paying, I politely asked how is a scrub properly done, to which the worker who had done my manicure along with another worker said it's done from the knee to the feet Andi explained to her that it was not done and I never received the so called 10 minute massage. I only asked them to follow through with the number of service people request properly, so they ended up bringing out the worker who did my pedicure and she said everything was done accordingly and I told all three of them at this point to check the cameras and they said no and would give the "exfoliation scrub" off the price to which they didn't since I still ended up paying full price.
