There is a parking lot & lots of street parking so finding a spot shouldn't be an issue. I've tried out multiple different lash techs here and am never dissatisfied. This is my favorite lash extensions boutique & will continue to come here to support them! :)

My eyes became painful, and I even developed a stye. These last couple of days have been extremely stressful because of it. I followed their after care instructions since it's my first time getting them done and wanted them to last me a good time for the amount I paid for. When I contacted the salon, I was told they don't do refunds and only offer fixes. Because of the irritation and pain, I couldn't go through another appointment. They eventually agreed to remove the lashes and give me a partial refund, but the removal is scheduled for tomorrow--my husband's birthday--and I'll most likely have a swollen eye and won't be able to take pictures with him, which is really disappointing. Overall, the quality of the service and the impact it had on my eye made this a very upsetting experience, and the partial refund doesn't feel like a fair resolution.

I found Lash Glow on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Booking an appointment online was super easy, they have all their services listed. There isn't a parking lot but you can try to find parking on the street in the front of the store or in the neighborhood that's around the corner. It's a safe neighborhood so I wasn't worried about my car. Walking inside, it's one huge room with multiple lashing stations divided by a curtain. It was empty when I was there, just me and the girl who gave me my lash lift and tint. I didn't catch her name, but she was so sweet!! She gave me a run down of the various lashes they offered, I told her that I would eventually come back to get my lashes done and she had great recommendations for what I was interested in. My favorite thing about this place was the lashing bed! It was cushioned with a foam mattress pad, it put me straight to sleep! The process of getting the lash lift and tint went so smooth. I didn't feel any burning, the tech had the softest touch, and I felt really comfortable. I highly recommend trying our Lash Glow if you're interested in getting your lashes done! Looking at their prices too, it didn't seem too pricey.

Prior to getting my lashes done by this girlfriend I had bad experiences going to chain lash businesses, other friends, and smaller lash boutiques. Soo when I decided to try this place I was a little apprehensive. However, from the moment I walked in I was so nicely greeted & the boutique was clean with a very soothing/calm vibe. For my first appt I only came for a 3 week fill. I swear I had closed my eyes around 6:35 & I kid you not by like 7 I awoke to having full lashes again which is record time!! Typically my fills would take at least 1 hour which even with my girlfriend doing them is still an hour more out of my time lol. But this time around my lashes looked full again & beautiful. I was so impressed!! Every time I've come in for an appt my lashes have come out looking beautiful, I've always been comfortable, the prices are veryyy fair & it's never taken very long also so this is my new go to lash spot!!

My lashes from one eye all fell off. I went to a new place and the tech told me they over glued with my own natural lashes and a lot of my own fell off. The owner usually is the last one to close and charge but that day they knew they messed up my lashes because my fill took two hours and the owner took off to avoid me. Very disappointed and please avoid this place so you don't lose your own natural lashes.

5/5 Stars - Beyond Talented with a Heart of Gold! I have…read morebeen going to Michelle at Promise Lash in Temple City for seven years, and shame on me for taking this long to write the review she so truly deserves! Today was a wonderful testament to not only Michelle's incredible skill, but also her incredible heart. She casually mentioned to me today that my very first appointment with her was way back in September 2011--or as she playfully puts it, "9/11." It reminded me of just how accommodating she has been all these years. With my crazy schedule, I rarely book far in advance; instead, I'm famous for sending her last-minute "911" texts asking if she has any openings. Even though she loves to tease me about how "busy" I am, she always finds a way to squeeze me in and save the day! Beyond her flexibility, her work is top-notch. Michelle carefully selects the best lashes tailored specifically to my eyes, giving me a fresh, vibrant, and youthful glow. Her work is so seamless and flattering that I've completely stopped wearing makeup (except for a lip gloss!) and have fully embraced a "natural beauty" routine--all thanks to her! Plus, her prices are wonderfully budget-friendly (around $40 to $60 for a classic set, depending on the style), making high-quality lash care accessible and sustainable. Most importantly, Michelle is a business owner with a true heart of gold. She genuinely cares about her clients and community. When I was preparing to travel to a third-world country with a non-profit organization to serve Christmas Eve meals, Michelle stepped up and helped raise funds. Her generosity directly helped provide over 300 meals to people in need so they could enjoy a special holiday meal. If you are looking for someone who provides phenomenal quality, reasonable prices, exceptional service, and genuinely cares about people, look no further. Michelle is simply the best!
