My eyes became painful, and I even developed a stye. These last couple of days have been extremely stressful because of it. I followed their after care instructions since it's my first time getting them done and wanted them to last me a good time for the amount I paid for. When I contacted the salon, I was told they don't do refunds and only offer fixes. Because of the irritation and pain, I couldn't go through another appointment. They eventually agreed to remove the lashes and give me a partial refund, but the removal is scheduled for tomorrow--my husband's birthday--and I'll most likely have a swollen eye and won't be able to take pictures with him, which is really disappointing. Overall, the quality of the service and the impact it had on my eye made this a very upsetting experience, and the partial refund doesn't feel like a fair resolution.

There isn't a parking lot but you can try to find parking on the street in the front of the store or in the neighborhood that's around the corner. It's a safe neighborhood so I wasn't worried about my car. Walking inside, it's one huge room with multiple lashing stations divided by a curtain. It was empty when I was there, just me and the girl who gave me my lash lift and tint. I didn't catch her name, but she was so sweet!! She gave me a run down of the various lashes they offered, I told her that I would eventually come back to get my lashes done and she had great recommendations for what I was interested in. My favorite thing about this place was the lashing bed! It was cushioned with a foam mattress pad, it put me straight to sleep! The process of getting the lash lift and tint went so smooth. I didn't feel any burning, the tech had the softest touch, and I felt really comfortable. I highly recommend trying our Lash Glow if you're interested in getting your lashes done! Mei~Li did my lashes and I did not remember numbers, materials, etc. and so I left it up to the discretion of Mae Lee, and she provided beautiful lashes, exactly what I wanted, and they turned out fantastic.
