Great lunch spot! Because of COVID, I'm always ordering through GrubHub (GH) and Jitter's is one of the few places that actually cares about making sure their GH customers are delivered high-quality meals. Other restaurants don't seem to care much about their GH deliveries, but Jitter's does! I've had the EggSalad and the Texas dip, both were delicious and packaged to perfection, no spills or smears. I get lunch here from time to time. The sandwiches are always good and sometimes the soup is too. The pasta salad is tasty. I usually get water to drink so I can't comment on the tea. It's clean and not too loud. There's plenty of parking and the staff are nice and knowledgeable most of the time. The ambience isn't much to write home about, but it's a strip mall location so what are you really gonna do. I'll keep going back for the turkey/cranberry sandwich. read more

Nice place to stop in for a sandwich or coffee. The food is good, just wish they would use real plates and mugs like they did in the good ol' days. Kind of takes away from the experience getting served on paper liner on tin trays and to-go coffee cups. Also this place is located in a very seedy shopping center, every time I go I get hit up for money by somebody standing around the vicinity of the restaurant. Best breakfast spot in Flagstaff. Great coffee, smooth music, and homemade treats! In fact, everything is made fresh from scratch! The only, only, downside to this place is they're not open on Saturdays. I get real sad when I want a delicious carnitas breakfast sammy on a weekend morning, but they're closed. Other than that... We decided to find a good lunch spot while passing through Flagstaff instead of doing a fast food drive thru that would likely make us all feel sick. We were so glad we did! I'm always nervous to eat out with our 4 kids but the workers were so accommodating and friendly. My kids loved the grilled cheese, ham and cheese, and pasta salad. My one year old was happy that the kids meals came with fishie crackers. My husband got the Santa Fe Carnitas got sandwich and it was dang good. He doesn't even normally like sandwiches and he loved this place! I was the only one who didn't love my meal, but I think I ordered the wrong thing. I got the turkey cranberry sandwich and I think it needed to be on different bread...maybe a croissant would have been better. There was also too much creamy stuff and not enough cranberry. If you go, Don't skip dessert! The cookies are huge, we shared three cookies between the 6 of us and we loved all three flavors! Peanut butter, double chocolate, and the chocolate chip cookie with Oreo inside was our favorite. The cookies were out of this world and are the main reason we'll be back to give it another try. :) read more

Not even close to 5 stars. The food is just ok. The seating is like a cafeteria. The people are nice and the food came out quick. This is definitely not a breakfast or brunch place. It's mediocre food at reasonable prices. We came in at 11 am and we're told they are not serving breakfast anymore. The vegetable soup seemed like it came out of a can. Stopped in randomly for a healthy, quick lunch. I got the modified Garden-of-Eatin' with bowtie pasta. My partner got the Cranbirdie with shaved veggies and ranch. The ingredients on both tasted fresh and the bread was delicious. The cranberry on my partner's sandwich was so good that I'll get it on my veggie sandwich next time for an extra kick. The staff was friendly and their lunchbox decor was very cute. I do wish they had more vegetarian/vegan options however. Every restaurant has a LTO, sprout, avocado sandwich, so when a restaurant has something more, it really stands out! And fyi, the eggs in the egg salad are not locally sourced according to a staff member, if that's a concern for you. But with so many local backyard chicken farmers in this great town, I'm sure it's only a matter of time :) read more
