The indoor part of the facility used to be a supermarket or department store, so it is quite large. The whole place is clean, well lit, and the air conditioning is better than I expected. Nicely cool in the summer, and comfortably warm in the winter. My unit was on the end, right near the curbside door, but I noticed looking down the aisles that they are very wide, if you wanted to access your unit while the tenant across did the same, there would be no problem. The roll-up door worked smoothly, and the built-in lock eliminates having to buy or supply a padlock. There are always plenty of flatbed carts available. Not 24 hour access, but you can get in 7:30 am to 10 pm every day, holidays included. Office staff very friendly and helpful, and the managers live onsite. Even when the office was closed, a few times when I went to my unit, I saw one of the managers, so they don't close up the office and disappear. Although I didn't have a need for it, I noticed they have plenty of room for outside storage (like vehicles & equipment) and again, it is clean and well organized. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely return here.

Since I needed more convenience, I chose to relocate all of the contents of this unit to another about 25 mins away. The due date was on the 10th of the month so I packed up on the 7th and advised the staff attendant on the grounds about us vacating the space permanently. She was friendly, took down the unit number and that was it. My previous (and first) experience here was also accommodating since I needed to do an assessment of what I was dealing with. When I first arrived to this facility, was on August 17th. The bill was due on the 10th and had not been paid yet due to the transition period of new Community Management. There was a red lock-out lock on the unit along with our lock so I walked into the office and spoke with the gentleman behind the desk. He was friendly, laughed about the situation and offered me a solution to pay it and he would release the lock before the contents of the unit went to auction. In my 2 visits, the staff were friendly, the grounds were clean but it just didn't suit my needs in regards to convenience.

The van had less than 1000 miles on the odometer and was in perfect condition. My only complaint is that this location does not stock furniture dollies to rent. There was no indication of this when I reserved a dolly during check in. I expect that many customers would need to reserve a furniture dolly if they are moving heavy pieces.
