Everything had to come off the wood floors from kitchen, breakfast area, dining room, living room, hallway etc. They also moved furniture away from walls in other rooms so trim could be cleaned and then painted. Both men were very conscientous of our belongings and treated them with great care. All furniture, refrigerator and gas stove were carefully placed in our garage. As serious as they were with moving carefully and quickly they both have a friendly & approachable demeanor. Answering questions and keeping it light made for an enjoyable experience. Stopped by the post office today in RTP to mail a package on the first day of the deadline week to…read moremail xmas packages. It was completely mobbed so looked up the nearest packaging store and landed here. This place is jam packed with all kinds of things for sale, a wall of PO boxes, and behind the counter were mounds of packages to be picked up by UPS and the USPS. The lady who greeted me was super friendly and took care of me right away. What a relief compared to my visit to the post office! I don't know if there's an upcharge to send through this place, but I imagine so. Nonetheless, it was worth it not to have to stand in a huge line at the RTP PO! My package is on it's way to my friend with plenty of time to spare.

These three guys were so efficient, organized, strong, and nice. We had an antique grandfather clock that we removed the chimes and pendulum from. They bubble wrapped the chimes in blankets and secured safely in the truck. The treated all the furniture with the same care. Everything arrived safely and securely. They probably dread my presence, I've always got a ton of items to print and lots of things to send, but this store handles all of the my requests very well. Prices do get high, even for printing a page or two, but I think the quality of the service makes this store worth visiting. You can tell everyone enjoys being with each other, and it brings good energy to the store. Everyone is super polite, and will get you through. In the end, my stuff gets where it needs to go, so I cannot complain about that.
