First of all, me and my husband made an online order. We laughed when we sat down to start eating. The photos of the menu don't look nothing like our sandwhiches. There was basically no meat. I get nervous and embarrassed to ask for a remake but i did. First thing manager says after i show her my sandwhich was "well... there was meat there.. where did it go" Accusing me of taking it off and hiding it, like WTF. she went off about saying that they weight their meat, immediately with an attitude and i asked nicely! Never going back to any jimmy john's. What pissed me off more was her attitude. No need to treat someone that way and accused them. It took unusually looong time to make the sandwich. Then when I opened it at home, the tuna sandwich had hardly any tuna salad in it. I would have asked them to remake it if I found this before driving home. It's almost as if they were out of tuna salad and did not want to tell me. It would have been better for them to let me know they were low on tuna salad. But of course, they charged me the full price and wrapped it up so I wouldn't find out until I got home... It fails to accept my watch or phone, even though it says it's accepted there, and that visibly pisses off the employee behind the counter who needs to enter the transaction again. Last week I forgot my wallet and I could not get a sandwich after trying 3 different cards I had on my phone. This is the second time I've ate at the Jimmy John's here in Samammish. 1st time got a giant. Very appropriately named. Ate 4 meals outta that sandwich. This time I ordered a number 10 regular w/pickle, chips and a drink. Couldn't resist the triple chocolate chip cookie, so I got one. I walked in just before they closed shop for the day. Very nice and friendly. Produce on sub fresh and tasty. I didn't get the named of the people behind the counter, but their boss knows and should at the very least tell them how much they are apprech iated. I don't understand why this place is in business when you can go across the street and get a cheaper, better sandwich at Subway. They do have a superior location next to the grocery store. Also, maybe it's better for meat eaters then Subway is. All I know is that the sandwiches are smaller, the bread and ingredients (for both the veggie and tuna salad sandwich) are not as good in quality or taste. They also don't customize like Subway does. I'm sure if you know what you are doing, you can ask for exactly what you want, but there is no going down the line and picking out items. This place is focused purely on speed. Well, I'd rather take 5 minutes and have a better sandwich made, then receive a subpar one in 2. We'll keep going to Subway. I liked this place because I could order online, pay online and pick up my bag from the front table so I do not have to deal with them. Today I ordered online and I was ready to pay and the guy told me it is faster if I pay in person and that my sandwich will be done in a couple of minutes. I also ordered chips. After 15 mins I arrived and it was not ready. I paid and went to the side and I saw that they were packing sandwiches and chips for another customer. When I went there and ask for my order they were still doing it!! why??? The girl placed it there and that was it. I asked for my chips and she told me they are in the front and I asked her and the bag and she pointed to the corner so I could pick it up myself. Unbelievable!! The other guy got his order in a bag and why not me! I have come here many times and other staff has been super nice but not today. When they say they will double the tuna, they definitely dont. Some sandwiches are incredibly boring, as if my aunt made it for me at home. Mayo, turkey, lettuce, tomato on a white bread roll? Subs are just ok here in my opinion. Sure, they are super fast, perhaps under 2 mins I am guessing, but that only counts for so much. Their giant size for about $7 + tax, is less than foot long and really is not all that filling and much of what fills you is the bread. In other words, not much meat, so while it might be 1/2 the price of some of their competitors who have a loaded, better tasting, better quality sub, you have two buy 2 to get the same as the "giant" size of another place not too much further away. OK in a pinch; better than some, not as good as others. Tasted decent, but nothing to write home about. read more

I am new to loving JJ's subs. I frequent the one in the Issaquah Highlands and figured the'd be similar. Not at all. This one smelled so bad that I had to wait outside for my sandwich. I kept thinking "Why eat food here if it smells so dirty". Desperate mom with kids waiting at MOD, that is why. I was the only person in there at lunchtime, another bad sign. I saw them finish making my sandwich and lay it on the counter without saying a word. I made eye contact with the cashier and he walked to the end of the counter, picked it up, brought it back to the register and handed it to me without a single word. Will never return. The lack of stars is not due to the food. I love jimmy johns however I feel like this location has a lack of communication with their employees compared to the many other locations that I've visited. When advised that I have a gluten allergy the employees looked clueless as if they had no idea what that mean and/or what they could do about it. I had to explain that at other locations they typically use 2 sheets of paper and will change their gloves. This of course was done after my suggestion which I appreciate and I have not eaten yet so I'm not sure about cross contamination but I think that the management should at least just educate there employees. I'm still waiting on delivery and it's been an hour. Uber eats plus subway is a dollar cheaper for delivery, more variety, and faster delivery of like 30 at most. I also live within a mile and a half of the place and they still can't make it timely. read more

My visit tonight was my first to a Jimmy John's. Some initial thoughts. This location is fine. The employees were friendly and very quick. I was impressed with the speed, particularly compared to Subway. I was in and out of there in about a minute. As for the sub, I ordered a roast beef without mayo, adding onions and mustard. The bread was fine, produce was fine, and the meat, which was plentiful compared to Subway, was good. I actually liked the fact that they didn't include cheese by default, since I never order it on subs and I end up paying for it, and don't get extra meat in return. But it really wasn't anything stellar. It tasted very bland - usually I add things like green peppers, pickles, etc, and as far as I could tell, there weren't a whole lot of veggies to add. I suppose this cuts order and prep time, but it also decreases choice. I also found it strange that nearly every menu item comes with mayo by default. Mayonnaise is one of the more controversial condiments - tons of people like it, and tons hate it. It's easy enough to order without it, but the fact that I saw it on nearly everything when perusing their online menu made me hesitant to actually give JJ's a try. It actually reminds me a lot of a chain version of Georgio's. Perfectly fine but not memorable. read more

There "Super" fast but the reason is because they never get your order right.. Pay extra for avocado , hot peppers, cheese. You won't get it most of the time..bread has not been fresh when going in the evenings. They rush you to order by staring you down even though your not standing in line yet.
