She refused to right her wrong after what she said she did, which was she forgot to assign herself to a register. As I used my card and paid, receipts came out the front and back for the cooks as I was charged for my order. Instead of offering a discount for her mistake, she said I would either have to pay AGAIN or leave the restaurant. She tried crumbling up the receipts as if I didn't see, then she proceeded to verbally tell the chefs not to make my order, which INDEED tells me that I paid, because receipts will not print out until an order is paid! What I like about this place is it is very big in the inside. They are always staffed appropriately. In today's world that says a lot. To me the employees and staff work together to give a good food experience. The employees for the most part like to work here? I don't know- just know, as with the last review my burger was perfect.z The place was clean in the inside. We went about 12:39 and the lunch rush was finishing up. Our server and staff checked to make sure we were happy or if we needed a refill on water or tea. Our server was patient. She made a recommendation of the new garlic fries. I love that they have endless fries here or Broccoli. I thought I would give them a try. They were very good. This review was an easy review to do, and on Google too- where I do many. Love posting pics of establishments. If u are in town for the air show or just for one of the many great shows in and around Oshkosh, or in my friends case- live in town and it has been awhile... Hugh's then a try. They are a great establishment. Many great choices on the menu: wraps, salads, appetizers & more. We walked in and the place was pretty full and we were greeted with smiles and seated right away- Check em out! Always consistent food and quality food. Why pay the same at just another fast food place when h can sit down and there is something for everyone and it won't break the bank! Until the next review, Yelp-Steve-O, out!

This Burger King on Main Street in Oshkosh continues to live up to its bad reputation…read more I went through the drive-through to grab a quick lunch on my way to pick up my daughter from school. Part of my order needed to be made fresh, so I was asked to pull around front and wait for someone to bring it out. I waited 20 minutes with no update and no food. Because I was on a strict time limit, I finally had to go inside to ask what was going on. Instead of help, I was immediately met with attitude from who I assume was the manager. That's when I was told my food had been given to the wrong car. Rather than apologizing and remaking the order, she became defensive about my tone and simply refunded my money. At that point, I was completely out of time and couldn't go anywhere else. I missed my opportunity to eat lunch entirely due to this restaurant's negligence. The manager tried to blame it on "training," but this isn't a one-off issue, this location is consistently disorganized, and this wasn't my first bad experience here. At some point, it stops being a training problem and becomes a management problem. Poor communication, poor accountability, and even worse customer service. I won't be back.
