Sandwich composition at this location is shoddy. Condiments are often smeared outside on the bread. Requests for "Extra" of a condiment is handled very poorly: Rather than adding an extra line or so, the condiment is placed on both sides of the meat. While this thins out the layer so that you're not biting into a pure layer of condiment, the meat no longer has any traction in between the bread. Combined with the fact that JJ's bread is of a firmer variety, this leads to the entire contents of the sandwich spilling out, even when you request to have the bread hollowed beforehand. On occasion, the food comes warm. These are not issues I've experienced at other locations. There were extras paid for that I did not receive. The first time I submitted a complaint for this, it was kindly remedied with a gift card. However, it has since continued happening, specifically with the avocado. I'm not sure why they are so hesitant to give it to me. Sad to say that I can't recommend the location near me, since I've enjoyed the chain at most other places I've lived in.

When we got home we found that steak very tough and they hadn't put the sherry cream sauce. So in essence all I got was dry noodles and tough steak. We returned on Saturday because are grandson was spending the night and wanted their Mac and Cheese. We were told it would be 15 minutes before we could order. 20 minutes later we were told it would be another 5 minutes. About 5 minutes later we were told it would be another 15 minutes because they were slammed with online orders. I asked why they got priority over us and was told I would have to talk to the manager. The manger looked at us but just continue to go about making meals. We left 15 later never speaking with the manger. We went to the noodles in Neenah , about 10 miles away and were in and out in exact 12 minutes. When I want my noodles fix I will go to Neenah. What I like about this place is it is very big in the inside. They are always staffed appropriately. In today's world that says a lot. To me the employees and staff work together to give a good food experience. The employees for the most part like to work here? I don't know- just know, as with the last review my burger was perfect.z The place was clean in the inside. We went about 12:39 and the lunch rush was finishing up. Our server and staff checked to make sure we were happy or if we needed a refill on water or tea. Our server was patient. She made a recommendation of the new garlic fries. I love that they have endless fries here or Broccoli. I thought I would give them a try. They were very good. This review was an easy review to do, and on Google too- where I do many. This Burger King on Main Street in Oshkosh continues to live up to its bad reputation…read more I went through the drive-through to grab a quick lunch on my way to pick up my daughter from school. Part of my order needed to be made fresh, so I was asked to pull around front and wait for someone to bring it out. I waited 20 minutes with no update and no food. Because I was on a strict time limit, I finally had to go inside to ask what was going on. Instead of help, I was immediately met with attitude from who I assume was the manager. That's when I was told my food had been given to the wrong car. Rather than apologizing and remaking the order, she became defensive about my tone and simply refunded my money. At that point, I was completely out of time and couldn't go anywhere else. I missed my opportunity to eat lunch entirely due to this restaurant's negligence. The manager tried to blame it on "training," but this isn't a one-off issue, this location is consistently disorganized, and this wasn't my first bad experience here. At some point, it stops being a training problem and becomes a management problem. Poor communication, poor accountability, and even worse customer service. I won't be back.
