Extremely disappointed with my recent visit. I waited over 20 minutes for my order, and when I finally received it, nearly everything was wrong. The nuggets and fries were old and stale, my McDouble had pickles even though I asked for none, and the soda that was supposed to have no ice was full of melted ice from sitting so long. What made it worse was how the order was handled -- they cleared it off the screen almost immediately after I placed it, even though it clearly wasn't ready. During that time, multiple drive-thru orders were being handled quickly while several lobby customers, myself included, were left waiting. At the end of the day, your order times don't mean a thing if the food you're serving is poor quality. It's understandable to prioritize speed, but completely neglecting in-store customers and serving low-quality, inaccurate food is unacceptable. Love going for Carmel frappe's. Best drink in town. They are super busy almost all of the time but l can say after going there is the staff are very friendly and helpful. Since it is only place l go to get a frappe it is worth the wait when your not rushed. I don't get sandwiches but the fish sandwich is my favorite. This establishment honestly fucking disgusts me. I went there with a friend today and used the kiosk as I usually do. Be we had to wait very long for our order while the place wasn't even busy, so I assumed that the food was going to be fresh but no. The fries were old as fuck and the nuggets were old too. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I am so unbelievably disappointed with this McDonald's and I will no longer be going to this location. First, I had gone to this location two weeks ago to get 2 LARGE mocha frappes. When I got to the window, they told me that they messed up my order and I had paid for someone else's meal. THEN, I go last week to order a simple large dr.pepper. They failed to mention at both the drive thru, and the first payment window that they do not have Dr.Pepper right now. Instead I proceeded with my payment and when I got to the window, they handed me my drink and said "here's your large coke." confused, I said "I didn't order a coke". and they proceeded to tell me "well we have no Dr Pepper right now." well, I am not a coke drinker but thanks for taking my money and giving me something I didn't want. TODAY, I ordered a $65 order from McDonald's for my kids at work. They were so excited and I was just praying the order would be right...well I guess I should have known better. They forgot 2 LARGE FRIES within my order. 2 large fries arent cheap either. You'd think they'd pay extra attention to a bigger order...I guess not. overall, I am BRUTALLY disappointed in the service I CONSTANTLY receive at this particular location. McDonald's is usually pretty good. You can swing through the drive through and catch some food with your homies. But sometimes time is sensitive and each homie wants to pay with card because they don't have cash. Every other McDonald's I've ever been at in this country has been able to accommodate situations like this, except the Jackson st McDonald's in Oshkosh Wi. I was denied service because they arbitrarily do not accept split payments, or multiple orders per car (every other McDonald's offers this) When I got to the window the 14 year old y'all hired said "are you the car who tried to have multiple orders?" Problems every time!!! Every time I go to this McDonalds I have issues. Either they forget to give us something or give us the wrong thing. Today it was the mobile app. My wife was on her way home from work so I hoped on the app and ordered our food, she gets there and is told I need to click already here on my app and when I do it tells me I am not close enough and need to try again when I'm closer. How is this convenient? My wife talked to a manager and was told that we couldn't get the deal from the app because I wasn't there. We got to this McDonald's at 10:30. One drive-through lane was closed but there were only two cars between us and the ordering interface. We noticed that people seemed to be taking a long time to order. Nope. When we got to the speaker, we heard nothing. After sitting there a full 5 minutes, I worried that the sensor hadn't been tripped and asked, "Hello?" In responce I recieved a very curt, "We'll be with you."
