Where's the meat? When one orders a turkey sandwich shouldn't one expect to taste the turkey? Maybe this was a mistake, but there was only one thinly sliced pieces of turkey buried under mounds of lettuce. Ordered twice from here, their claim to fame is speed, working across the street from them I figured 5 mins delivery, tops...actual time 12-15mins, but im patient, I dont know how others are...but with that time I expect accuracy, when I order a #16 that says bacon on the menu, and there is none, it`s not ideal to have to wait another 10-15mins, and when you specify where to deliver and walk right past me is disheartening...in all, the subs aren't bad, better than subway and quiznos, but no where near meconis level, especially for the price...two stars for effort, delivery and taste read more

When I ordered, they weren't set up for delivery yet. No big deal as there is a drive thru. Sandwich was made with special requests perfectly and only took 5 mins going through the drive thru. Bread was soft and delicious and ingredients were piled high. read more

The sandwiches are delicious. Because this is a new place and new workers they are not as fast as the other established JJs. This should improve in time. Bottom line...the food is good, place is clean and staff is nice. I am so glad we finally got one close to us! read more

I don't know about fast inside but I was stuck in the drive thru for 24 minutes from the time I ordered my sandwich to the pick up window. The sandwich was nothing special, I had the gargantuan. Still much better than subway but nowhere near as good as Meconi's and they are local. read more

Today I went here for a brunch and found that the servicer was great. They prepared my Italian sub quick with no delay I was plesantly surpisef and impressed. Jimmy Johns is a great subway sandwich establishment. So much better than "Subway". They also put a lot of veggies and meat on your sandwiches, which I love. a little on the expensive side but worth it when you bite into them. Sandwich was nothing better than ok... definitely nothing to write home about. Not much flavor, not much meat and I ordered double meat (4 ultra thin slices of ham instead of two, I guess??) NEVER WILL I GO BACK THOUGH, WHY?!? The parking is just ridiculous. (7 parking stalls?!?!?!?) The location is ridiculous. The amount of employees is ridiculous (10 visible behind the counter) The noisy environment is ridiculous. Between the radio and the employees I couldn't hear across the table. Only place I know of that's worse than that is Chipotle's, and their food is worth the noise. Not JJ's!!! The construction and Gestapo at the construction is ridiculous. Didn't like a single thing about the place. Ok, it was clean. Does everything in Olympia and Lacey just suck or what? Glad I don't live here permanently. read more

Unlike every other Jimmy John's I have been to, this location will not cut your sandwich in half and wrap the two halves separately. Also, they screwed up my order and refused to acknowledge it. Instead they blamed me. It was their grand opening and they were fumbling and bumbling around. This location recently opened by me. I heard that you were suppose to get the quickest service in the drive thru. I decided to see for myself. It was great! I was able to get my kids a quick bite and I mean quick! My kids are picky and don't like certain condiments on their sandwhiches. They didn't make any mistakes and got our special order right on the money! We don't like fast food but if you need to get a semi healthy meal on the go and quick I would recommend this for sure!! read more

The service here is generally very good. I've been here a couple times and they are pretty friendly and quick. However, I think their accuracy is compromised when their main focus is quick service. I recently went through the drive thru and noticed once I got home they didn't include my entire order. I called and they told me I could have a credit but their computer system wasn't working. In order to get the credit I was due I would have to remember their managers name and use it the next time I came in. I'd rather just spend my money at Meconi's. Meconi's is only slightly further away and their sandwhiches are much better. Jimmy John's is okay but I'd rather spend my money on a local business that goes out of their way to accommodate my needs. read more

My husband loves jimmy johns and we use to get one every time we went to Seattle and the look on his face when he saw they were opening one near us was priceless. A lot like Subway, so I'm not sure what all the love is about. I had the same experience as another poster where I ordered a sandwich that was pictured on the outdoor menu on sliced bread, but then was given one on a roll (I didn't want a roll). They acted like it was my fault I didn't know that you had to make a special request to get it as it was shown on the menu. If this is a common problem, especially with a new store and new customers, maybe they should ask what type of bread you want. The meat may be a little better or more abundant than Subway, but if so, it's not really noticeable. read more

I ordered a Roast Beef sandwich for $5.49. The worker asked if I wanted Provolone cheese, and I agreed. The bill was $7.05. I asked how it got that high, and she said you wanted Provolone. So the workers are told to "inflate/upsell" the product, as I was never told there would be a charge. Then I got the sandwich, and the Roast beef was only 1/8" inch in depth; so thin it looked like the beef was painted on. The Provolone was also paper thin. All I got for $7.05 was bread. Beware of the cheese question!!! My first experience at Jimmy John's and I was asked about cheese on my Big John sandwich. I didn't think much about it, because Subway asks about cheese 100% of the time. Lo and behold! at check out the cheese was an additional .75. I figured the cheese was 1 oz and calculate that it came to $12.00\lb. Pretty Expensive cheese, especially for an item that comes with a Subway sandwich, and especially when I did not expect that it would cost "extra." I note, on their menu, that cheese is listed at the bottom of Sides as being "extra." Really. I fairly sneaky way of getting a $4.99 sandwich to now be $5.74. I will not be back. read more

My wife and I have been going here ever since it has opened. We used to go to meconis all the time, but it's hard to compete with a business as convenient as this one. All in all if you would like a great sandwich at a great price I would definitely consider jimmy johns over meconis and subway both. read more

My friend and I wanted to try Jimmy John's for sometime and it was not worth the our time to eat there again. I just wanted a plain turkey sandwich and I picked the slim side and I wanted to have mayo on it and I was told that I would have to order the club in order to get mayo on my sandwich, which was a dollar more. When I got the turkey sandwich it was on an 8" roll but I only got 3 pieces that's all. I could buy turkey at a store and have 6 sandwich out of it. My friend had the tuna and it was very fishy tasting and they charged to have a pickle on the sandwich. This will be the only time I would every go into Jimmy Johns again.
