I LOVE this JJ's location. I know it isn't a gourmet meal but it is definitely a gourmet sandwich. Fresh bread, fresh vegetables, generous amount of toppings. And so many topping options to choose from to customize y the sandwiches. What sets this JJ's location apart is the friendly customer service. The employees are always smiling, always helping, and they always offer a friendly greeting. I also like the seating options here. Benches with larger tables, smaller tables with two chairs, round tables and a couple of high tops, which is my preference. Freaky fast and freaky friendly location. read more

This JJ was fast and delicious. The staff was friendly. There was plenty of parking in the parking lot with a Starbucks next door. I tried a new sandwich: the Sicilian. I didn't care much for it. Penn Station's version is better. I will go back and order my normal sub soon. read more

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub, and received an $11 chunk of bread, where I could not find any chicken until the very center of the sandwich, where there was an incredibly tiny amount that was consumed in 3 bites. I ordered Jimmy John's for dinner and they forgot my loaf of French bread. No big deal, accidents happen. This absolutely above and beyond employee took it upon himself to go back and get the bread and bring it to me. He did all of that for a $2 loaf of bread! 10/10 customer service. Noah at the cash register after suggesting the Caesar wrap and paying he goes to the back and realizes there's no more wraps for my Caesar wrap instead of letting me know or changing my order proceeds to shout it out loud to coworkers then makes my wrap me not necessarily thinking it was for my order just took it then I sit down next to register to eat and it's obviously wrong instead of again offering anything else or a refund I ask why there was no communication they laugh it off then I ask for a refund which I had YET to see and YES manager was there and was called from the back for my refund What all was wrong with my visit ? EVERYTHING because of the lack of communication between coworkers and PAYING customers it would've been fine but nobody said anything just let me think it was right until I sat down to eat. read more

I order on the app in early afternoon frequently and it's always ready quickly. Sandwich order has always been correct. My sides have been left out of the carryout sometimes, but they've fixed the error quickly. read more

Good food, terrible staff, especially lately. I will ask how their days going, say what's up and they just stare at me. They start shutting down 2 hours before they close, so going in sucks after 8, because you're in the way of the guy mopping. No employee actually acknowledges your presence past taking your money and walking away. Sucks, didn't always used to be this way there. The new (super young) staff is just completely awful. Disappointing location. We eat Jimmy Johns more than we should. It's our go to location when out and about with the kids. This location, however, might be the worst we have visited. Ordered on my app to pickup ASAP. We were about 10 minutes out. Show up with 2 people walking in just as I do. They confirm that 2 of us are for pickup. Confirm our name and our tickets are already on the line. They take the lady in lines order and place it ahead of our orders......little frustrating but not the end of the world. I have ordered from other locations and had my sandwich delivered to me in less than 10 minutes. They however take 12 minutes to make our sandwiches and screw them up. I've not had a sandwich from Jimmy Johns before with so little of everything. Barely any lettuce or tomato. Kids sandwiches were not right ( 2 plain slims aka cheese and bread). One of them had lettuce oil and oregano on it and the other was cut in half when we asked for it to be whole (life shattering for a toddler) Overall the meat was correct on 3 of the sandwiches but not at the level I've come to expect. Super slow and messed up easy stuff. We won't return here, even in a pinch. read more

Okay so I only get the unwich when I eat at Jimmy John's mainly because they don't have much options for sides to include , AND they don't toast their bread so it's not even worth the hassle for me to try their regular sandwiches. HOWEVER, I have never seen such a pathetic and sad looking any kind of sandwich ever. I ask for a turkey BL, no tomatoes , but add diced lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, and oregano. If you look at my photo, this is literally Romane lettuce and they put two thin slices of turkey (where is my bacon??? Where's my peppers??? Where my oregano?) Food is great. The girl who answers the phone at this location does not seem properly trained. Two times I've called and she was unsure of how to answer questions about a gift card and about an order. Delivery times - I order from this location a lot and so do my coworkers... we are right around the corner and usually our food is here within 30 minutes of ordering or less some days which is awesome... BUT the last 2 weeks, their delivery times have been HORRIBLE. I understand during the lunch rush, you get busy but you should be properly staffed during that time with drivers! Last week, I waited one hour for my food to be delivered to me. Today, I ordered online in advance this morning for it to be here by 1:00pm and it didn't come until 20 minutes later. If I do an advanced order, I expect it to be here by the time I want it, not leave the store at that time. This is the 2nd time giving them another chance. read more

Called in an order from work for lunch and the MANAGER asked if I wanted to tip when I told her I had cash, but I wouldn't be downstairs at the front desk, she said thanks for NOT tipping and hung up in my face. Woman who answered the phone kept trying to convince me not to order delivery because they only had one driver. I'm working from home today and said I didn't mind waiting. Then she said she can't deliver to me because I'm "out of their range" (when they have delivered many times before) so she gave the phone to the manager. Slow delivery, driver couldn't read address clearly printed on receipt until he called me. Wrong food. Asked for a few things to be taken away and added to a sub, got the menu sub. I live 1.4 miles away. I ordered online at 1:49 PM and received my order at 2:39. The sandwich I ordered was not correct. I called they were supposed to sent me a new sandwich. It has now been 25 minutes. It has been a total of 1 hour 15 minutes and still do have my correct order. I will never order from here again delivery or in store. read more

Let me start out by saying that I am a big fan of Jimmy Johns and this is the 1st time I've EVER left a negative review on any restaurant. I went to this location last night and as I approached the door I caught the workers hopping off one of the prep countertops (across from the countertop where they make the sandwiches). The man who took my order was less than friendly. The girl making my sandwich messed up the order twice but quickly corrected it when I pointed the errors out. The workers were flipping their used gloves at each other. The sandwiches tasted great but my husband and I both woke up with upset stomachs this morning. I contemplated calling the manager but judging by the previous reviews that would be a waste of time. The staff working last night was extremely unprofessional! I've been to this location twice before during the day and have had great experiences both times. Unfortunately, after this experience I will not be returning. read more
