Fast food that doesn't taste like fast food. I ordered a fish sandwich, potato cakes, mozzarella sticks, and a drink. The fish sandwich is excellent. I know it is a limited time menu item every year, so I try to visit several times during the short weeks that it is available. The mozzarella sticks are better than the appetizers at some restaurants. Perfectly cooked, lightly breaded, and stuffed with cheese. The potato cakes are crispy and taste great with horsey sauce. After watching promotion after promotion about the Philly Cheesesteak, I tried it. I have never had such a horrible sandwich. It didn't look anything like the commercials. The young dude on the drive tegu speaker is just plain miserable. The way he talks to the customers is as if he's totally annoyed and wants them to not bother him with their order. Arby's Team: Today (27 March 2020) I came by to get some food for my wife and I. I was not shocked to see a line around the building. I was expecting line to take 20 - 30 minutes. I pulled in and took my place behind 7 vehicles. Three minutes later, I was placing my order, and I could barely pull my credit card out of my wallet before I was at the window. This review is for Saturday August 1, 2020. On this day we were down state looking at some homes, and before heading back up north, to head home we stopped in at Arby's to get 4 Beef and Cheddar sandwiches, Large Curly Fry and Rootbeer Soda. I will say first that every person is going to have a different experience without a doubt, but not sure what it is about the bad customer service I get up north, because the service downstate was way better than I am use too. We usually dine in for dinner at this location. Most of the employees are young kids goofing off behind the counter. I get the beef and cheddar and a side order of jalapeño poppers.. 99% of the time, they don't have the jalapeño poppers in stock. They still have it on the menu thou. The beef and cheddar is usually skimping out on the beef. It's also on the dry side. I sometimes get a root beer float, it's ok, the ice cream melts quickly and I'm left with a milky concoction. The quality of ice cream is poor in my taste. My son usually gets the Mac and cheese. It usually comes out Luke warm and isn't very flavorful. The pasta seems overcooked as well. He also gets a side of mozzarella sticks. Sometimes they have been given to us cold and hard. Not very appetizing.... I would much rather eat at Pen Station down the road.. read more

Went through drive-thru around 9:30 p.m. on 8/17/19 and ordered a #12 Classic Roast Beef with mozzarella sticks and a Dr Pepper. Mozzarella sticks were edible but opened the sandwich and meat looked gross so threw it away along with the drink that tasted terrible. Definitely won't be returning. Arby's Noblesville of Indiana has always been our go to for fast food. No more! They are rude now and make me feel as if I was annoying them by placing my order. I paid for my food and they shorted me a roast beef sandwich. I had to drive back thru the drive thru and let them know they pretty much called me a liar and because their receipt machine was broken I couldn't prove it so I had to pay for another roast beef sandwich. ZERO STARS NO MASKS I drove through, and asked John, the assistant manager at the window, to cover his nose with his mask. He tapped the plexiglass and said, "This covers it." It does NOT. It's a state mandate, and they're out of compliance. I also asked him to instruct the woman behind him to put on a mask, as she had NONE. When he said, "This lady says you should put on a mask," she replied, "She's not my mother." John shrugged, which is not managerial and shows a lack of leadership. I went through the drive up window. I ordered a beef n cheddar, mozzarella sticks, and a 50/50 iced tea. They were not busy at all. My food was ready the minute I got to the window to pay. The sandwich was cold and the bottom of the bun very hard. Mozzarella sticks tasted like they had been sitting around for a while. Breading was not hot and they looked greasy. Tea was flavorless. I like Arby's & they actually care about their customers. And I enjoy going there because the service is good. I would like for the sandwiches to be hotter & bigger on the dollar menu. And sometimes, maybe fresher, but overall I like eating there. For any business to prosper you HAVE to care about your customers. They should be top priority, after all they will make you or break you. And the customers do notice how they are treated whether you think it or not.
