I frequently visit this location and Julien is usually there. He makes an exceptional sandwich. He's always friendly and makes the orders fast! He basically runs the whole shop with a smile on his face! He definitely is a staple in this location and deserves a major pay raise(just saying)! It was nice and quick. But when I unwrapped my sandwich, I had noticed they didn't put any of my add-on vegetables in my sub. She did give me a free side of ranch, but the lack of tomato and cucumber on my sub was too much to look past. Probably won't be coming back. This honestly ruined my day EDIT: that's my bad. I work at a local hospital and ordered 2 subs for delivery at 1123 AM. At 1245, I haven't heard a thing. I try calling the restaurant and they don't answer for about 20 minutes. At 1310, someone finally picks up the phone and informs me that there is only one delivery person and they just arrived at the store. After that, delivery was prompt. So fast you'll freak, more like so slow you'll starve. I ate a hospital pillow just to curb the hunger. read more

Went to Suncrest Town Center to pick up a sandwich on Saturday WVU home football game. Kickoff is at 7:00pm and it is currently 3:00pm. 9 people in store already ordered waiting for food. Approach counter to order and three people behind counter only one person making sandwiches. Place my order for one whole sandwich and guy tells me can't do it. We are out of bread. Here recently, the team has been making sandwiches really fast. You can see them make your sandwich right in front of you. I also use the app which is very easy to use when picking up your food. Delivery does take a bit longer. read more

Jimmy johns is a solid stop for a good sand which you have to be very specific when placing your order maybe even watch them if you can. The cool stop is that they can make your sandwich really fast. The resin they are getting three stars from me is because they did just that and forgot to to put the vinegarette on my sandwich. The sandwich was really good but I was hoping that it had some condiments on it. I will be back at some point and give them a chance to redeem themselves. read more

Same situation as the rest. 2 hours still no food. Ordered at 10:47 and said it was on it way at 11:15. 12:05 rolls around, still no food so I call them. If I could give a zero this place will get it. We phoned in a delivery order for 5 subs at 1100 to be delivered at 1215. Well, 1215 came and went and no subs. I called and they had no idea if the subs had been made or delivered. I called several times over the next 60 min and was told they had no way to contact the delivery driver and did not know which driver had our food. Finally, I drove to the store. They still did not have the order ready and I had to wait another 15 min. The staff was rude and made excuse after excuse, not once apologizing. We were told over the phone we would get coupons. This isn't my first order. I've noticed this during the stay at home orders that repeatedly when I come in to pick up my orders that only a couple people are wearing masks. These people are around open food breathing, coughing, handling their phones, handling the kiosk. Even before COVID this restaurant had no consideration for sanitation. Covid is airborne. Have everyone... EVERYONE, wear masks. Close the compartment with all the food when food is not being made so it is not exposed to these fools not earring masks. Change gloves frequently. It took over an HOUR for them to bring food (one sandwich.....) on a Thursday afternoon. Even after I called I waited over 40 minutes.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery. After the 1st hour I called, they stated my order was heading out on delivery. Another hour in I called back, the girl was extremely rude and hung up on me. I would NOT recommend this location. If you don't have delivery drivers DON'T offer the service! read more

I waited two hours for my order even when I waited and called the first time wondering 40 minutes later where my order was they told me that they were heading to my place. An hour later I called again and proceeded to tell me that the order already went to my address even tho I have the notifications to tell me if it got delivered and I didn't get no notification. I am usually happy with my order from Jimmy John's. Today, I was not. I ordered the tuna salad as I always do. There was very little tuna salad on the sandwich and no cheese. The bread was so hard that it was hard to eat. I ended up throwing 1/2 of the sandwich away. It will be awhile before I order again. read more

The first couple of times getting delivery from this can be described as spot on. All of a sudden though, each of the last 5 times I have ordered from here regardless of day or time it has taken an hour minimum. Instead of explain the delay when called the people at the store give off the impression that they are annoyed by the inquiry, and just don't care how ridiculous the wait time really is. I have been to the store in person once in person, and found the staff to be down right dismissive. While JJ's is better than ubway, in my opinion.... I'll be frequenting Subway vs JJ's from here out. read more

I used to love the delivery service here because they stood by the "freaky fast" slogan but not any more! If I could give them 0 stars I would! A few months ago I had to cancel my order because they were taking too long to bring my food and today was no different. I ordered my regular order at 11:58 via the app, it took them over 10 minutes to just make the sub, and then over an hour to deliver it! I was a 5 minute drive away from the store and there was no traffic! I called the store 3 times to complain about the wait time, the third time resulting in me canceling my order! After cancelling my order the delivery driver blew up my phone because I guess she was finally there. I let her know that due her being extremely slow, I had canceled the order and she got rude with me! I will never order food from this location again! read more

Love their tuna sandwich! They deliver incredibly fast and always the correct order! Their bread is super soft.. just writing this review is making me crave one of their sandwiches. I used to love this Jimmy Johns. The food is always good, and the service was prompt. I ordered from them several times a week. Sadly, that changed around November/December 2017. Several times in a row it took almost 2 hours for my food to be delivered. I finally complained, and the driver said he would reverse my charge of $17.50, on December 2nd, 2017. I waited for it to clear in my bank and it never happened, so two weeks later I called and spoke with a man who said he was the "General manager". He apologized, said it was an oversight and that he would take care of giving me the $17.50 back for consistent poor service. I was never reimbursed. The ladies working were all very nice. The guy with slightly shaggy hair and ray ban glasses was horribly rude. Never said 1 word to me. When I was done ordering I looked at him and he just gave me a hand motion like "cmon" so I said I was done ordering. Never told me a total or anything so I just took my card and walked over to the girls making the sandwiches. The service I've gotten from Jimmy John's is always good and fast. When getting food for the students at SOM they always get the order right. They are friendly and helpful. They always take good care of us. The students never complain and I never have to wait. They have good management that makes this happen. read more
