Nothing wrong with quality overall, Unfortunately have had multiple orders cancelled due to lack of delivery drivers.

I was waited on by a girl with cornrows who was working the register. I ordered chili and a burger. As I waited on my meal I tried to engage her with small conversation instead of us both standing there in silence. She just looked dumbfounded. She had an empty blank stare. Her facial expression was flat. Some questions about the menu items she couldn't answer. She could have been new. Her coworker would walk over and answer the questions and her coworker was far more animated and she smiled etc. But this girl.. wow she was awful. Why put someone who has less personality than a mannequin on the register? Her personality was as dry as the Sahara desert. In fact I've met tree stumps with more personality. So no.. I did not like my experience with her. She looked like she didn't want to be there and like she was very unhappy with her job or even having to work. From now on ill go through drive thru. But on a positive the restaurant has a much larger menu than what the drive thru ordering screen shows. They have pot roast dinners and sandwhiches, pork loin sandwhiches, chili and chicken noodle soup and a lot more items. I believe the restaurant is cutting itself short by not advertising these items on its outdoor ordering screen. The chili was fantastic. Thick, homemade, very flavorful. As always the burger was delicious.

The customer service was excellent. I ordered the Double Cheese Butter Burger. It wasn't my favorite ONLY bc I'm not a fan of smash burgers. With that being said, I ate every bite of it bc it was still so good and yummy. The fries were fresh & a big portion. 10/10 recommend this location ... esp. if you're a fan of smash burgers.

I crushed the patties and mixed in crushed fries and added jalopenos to make a mash of sorts. It was so good. (See my other photo)

Got the salad & it was a pretty underdone piece of salmon after asking for it well done. Asked the waiter why it wasn't blackened (out of curiosity) still ate it & called it good & told me we had to ask for it blackened. It was a very basic boring salad with a frozen piece of salmon for $20. My husband ordered a burger & fries. The burger was really good & he got goat cheese & bacon on it. The fries on the other hand were not it. Bummer because they are supposedly hand cut. They were drenched in oil. Like to the point that you couldn't even eat a few without feeling awful. They were soggy & heavy. Think homemade fries but in a super old fryer with lots of crisco. Overall very underwhelming for a place with such high reviews. Won't be back! Gotta step up it up if you guys plan to stay in business for another 50 years!

Cook out! Where have you been all of my life?????…read more Yooo, I have never been to a Cook Out until this week and I loved it so much I went back! So first, because of COVID, I don't believe you can go inside, everything is through the drive-thru. As someone who's never been there before, it was a little overwhelming because they've got a huge menu. So I decided to do the barbeque plate. Why is it so cheap? $4.39 for BBQ, coleslaw, hush puppies and fries? I couldn't imagine paying so little, but I did. I also got a Snickers Milkshake which was bomb. Oh, and they have white cheddar cheese curds there. Do yourself a favor and get some. Now with the curds. IDK if this is a Georgia thing, but I like mine with marinara and they didn't have any. So I had to get ranch, but really they didn't need it. They are fire all by themselves. The barbeque was delicious but I would ask for an extra side or two of sauce. You get a large amount of sides with it. And really, I cannot get over the prices! This place is too good and well-priced to ever, ever pass up! Do yourself a favor and go if you can.
