She had her heart set on an Oreo McFlurry and luckily they were able to make one. When we pulled up to the window after placing our order, the food was ready to go. The lady handing us our food said "hi" to my daughter and waved at her. It was a simple gesture, but it made her happy and smile. The lady was phenomenal and I wish I had caught her name (she was wearing black so I assume she's a supervisor or manager). She had a good energy about her and didn't make us feel like an inconvenience. Our experience here was great and the wait time was really short even thought it was a Saturday around 5:00. I can't say the same for the neighboring fast food restaurant. We had the opposite experience there. The service was fast, the employees were kind, and the food was correct.
