She was rude and very inconsiderate about the 15 minute estimate they provided. It was over an hour by the time my order was delivered. Jimmy John's you have got to do better. This is my second bad review for this location, but it's near my office so I'm stuck with it when I'm short on time. They are busy so the hour it took to deliver I can deal with even if it's not "freaky fast," BUT when I order a veggie sandwich With xtra cucumber and xtra pickle, I should not get a sandwich with THREE pickles and ZERO cucumbers. 3 tomato's should also not be a standard amount for a veggie. There's no meat, so replace the meat with veggies! It's a bread and cheese sandwich with a touch of lettuce. Who in their right mind made this sandwich and said to themselves "yeah, that's acceptable" !? The review is only for this location. Yesterday I went to this particular jimmy johns for lunch and ordered tuna fish sandwich. I didn't even know this location existed because it's in a small plaza near kennesaw state university. The cashier was very friendly which was good. There were steady flow of customers here which was good. Then I got my Tina fish sandwich. The amount of tuna fish they put on the sandwich was laughable. It was spread thin and the corners didn't even had tuna fish on it. Jimmy John's is my favorite sandwich shop besides Jason's deli. I always get tuna fish sandwich at jimmy johns and Rueban at Jason's. I know my tina fish sandwich at JJ because I've been to many different places at Marietta, woodstock and Roswell. I have never experienced such a small amount of tuna fish at JJ. Even my friend from Dunwoody said there weren't enough tuna fish. I don't know if every franchise owner make their own rules to put how much ingredients go into the sandwich or what not but I wasn't happy. Also tuna fish was good but little dry since they didn't have much Mayo in it at this place so we had to ask for more Mayo packages. read more

I came in early that morning to get a sub, and this worker named Riley had a nasty attitude. She seemed to not enjoy her job I would suppose. She was very annoying. She didn't make eye contact, she didn't even want to hold up a decent conversation how any employee should with a customer. I'll start by saying my son loves Jimmy Johns and would probably give it five stars. However, his taste buds haven't quite developed enough yet to appreciate the finer things in life. Needless to say, we come here every once in awhile because of my son. Personally, I would never come unless there was nothing else around. The rolls are okay but not as good as Subway and not nearly as good as Which Wich. Only one kind of cheese. Let me repeat that. One. Can't quite figure out how you can call yourself a sandwich place and only offer one cheese. And it's not even American! They do have good potato chips and you can get a whole dill pickle for a buck. They're good but not as good as the ones you can get from a barrel in the super markets up north. So, nothing terrible here but there are better options. read more

Went in a couple of days ago to get a few sandwiches to go. I asked that one of the sandwiches which normally had onions, for the onions not to be put on the sandwich. The girl told me there was an extra charge for changing the "required" items on the sandwich. I had never heard of that before. The general attitude of this girl was very rude. My first time visiting Jimmy John's and i was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by a very nice young lady who took our order quickly and efficiently. I ordered the spicy cold cut grinder. By the time we sat down our subs were ready which was amazing. My sub, even though not really spicy, was delicious with plenty of meat and cheese and great Italian bread. Like many Jimmy Johns customers I am a total fan of the philosophy of the 'freaky fast' sub. Especially, when it's actually freaky fast. I found out today that there is actually a way to make a sub too fast. Freakishly Fast. Like I had it in my hand 1 minute after I paid fast. I think there might be a line between freaky fast subs and instasubs. I understand that a freaky fast sub means I get my sub fast enough to think "wow, that was quick", but it becomes an issue when the sub maker barley brushes my sub with any kind of sauce/guacamole trying to win the world record of fast sub making. I would totally be willing to wait an extra minute or two for the Jimmy Johns quality of having a balance of ingredients. I triple check an order, submit it, and the store receives the WRONG order.) The app worked fine until they screwed it up! How can smart people mess up something so badly and think it's good??? We came in when JJ's had their Customer Appreciation Day and offered 8" subs for only $1. Upon arrival, we contemplated if it was worth waiting in the long line for our cheap lunch, but we were reassured by an employee that the line looked worse than it really was. She was right. Despite having a long line, they were VERY efficient and well staffed to handle the huge rush. The guys making the sandwiches were lightening fast! My hubby tried JJ's for lunch one day and swore by the Vito sandwich (basically an Italian hoagie), so he really wanted me to give it a try. I had the Club Lulu (basically a turkey bacon club with mayo, lettuce and tomato). I asked for oil and vinegar and oregano on it as well, and I'm glad I did, otherwise I'm not sure if it would have been flavorful enough. I loved the bread they use, sort of a cross between ciabatta and french. Hubs tried the Totally Tuna sandwich that night and definitely preferred the Vito. Our service was great, and the young girl behind the counter that took our order was very nice. We'll definitely eat there again, but I think I'll try something different. read more
