This subway location is usually wonderful, most employees are on their A game. this is the only time I've had a problem. Older fella, white, glasses. Wasn't in uniform, no name tag. His clock out timer was going off constantly and he was just so impatient and so rude, cut me off once. I asled for turkey/salami and provolone. He put just turkey on it & I politely correctly his mistake. Told me he couldn't hear me because I wasnt paying attention? He was quite rude and I understand what it's like when you get busy right when you're supposed to clock out. I work customer service, but that doesn't mean you can just be so disdainful for your customers. Sandwiches were smackin' though. read more

I'm giving one star because I can not give it 0. i ordered food through the subway app. paid on the subway app with my gift card balance on the app. the food was not delivered and I was denied a refund from subway. the manager blamed DoorDash and advised I ask them for a refund even after I explained I paid on the subway app with my gift card balance. He was very rude when I went into the store and the Owner Josh has yet to step in to fix this or offer any kind of compensation. read more

The manager is an awful person. I went in the other day with a coupon. The fine print showed it was expired by a couple of days. I understood and politely declined to purchase since I was counting on that price for my food. When I politely let the cashier know I couldn't continue with the transaction she was disappointed (we both were) it was a 7 dollar difference I just couldn't do at that time. The manager saw this and told me not to come back in front of other customers in the store. It was a very embarrassing situation that I hope no one ever has to go through ever again by that awful manager. I was polite about it didn't raise my voice or make a scene but he sure did. I live in the area and have been coming into that store for over 15 years. This manager hasn't been there very long and with that kind of attitude just telling customers not to come back without really knowing what might've been the issue that I was going through will probably not be there very long anyway. Went in to get supper. Guy behind the counter saw my Camping World shirt and asked how long I had been there there started asking about what our CEO had said. Then proceeded to talk about how it will affect my paycheck and rambling on. The gentleman behind me told him he was taking customer service to a different level and he responded he was just making conversation. I shouldn't have to defend myself or my place of employment ehen I'm trying to get something to eat. I should have asked him how he felt about his former spokesman being in prison.
