Absolutely pitiful and unacceptable. A #14 with 1 paper thin slice of possibly turkey, 1 paper thin slice of supposed beef, 4 slimy half inch pieces of tomato and a sprinkling of old iceberg lettuce and no condiment. Manager states, the general manager informed him to go easy on the lettuce and tomato because they were getting low. So by his own admission , they are serving a sub par sandwich, charging the customer for something they are not getting. Suggestion, if you can't serve your food with the appropriate and expected ingredients that are paid for , DON'T SERVE IT or tell the customer they will be paying for something they won't be getting. You just lost 2 customers and anyone else I can bring with me. read more

Ordered a little John sandwich. Paid. Then the guy had me sign a receipt that asks for a tip. I didn't leave a tip on a $5 sandwich and the window cashier guy actually had the audacity to thank me for not leaving a tip. Then, I got my sandwich and there was ONE piece of turkey on it. I had a great experience at Jimmy John's the other day. The staff was friendly and joked with me about the 'dreaded unwich.' They assured me it was no problem to make, and we had a good laugh about it. I only say that because I remember people who have worked at Jimmy johns say they hated making them. Bought subs late last night. I Seen no one inside but 4 employees behind the counter so we order at the drive through. Long story short there was hardly any! Meat at all or anything on them both. Super disappointing, can't even substitute ham for turkey, instead I got charged another $5 to have the same amount of meat that was already going on it. Bread is decent, but it can barely hold the meat and veggies, had almost all the cheese and meat falling out of the sandwich. $23 for a giant sub is pretty ridiculous, even if it's long. You'd be way better off at a jersey giants or subway than paying for this. read more

My girlfriend and I went in on 1/31 as a dinner break while cleaning out our car. We needed extra quarters to run the vacuum, but asked the cashier after we already ended the sale so we could not trade for any in the drawer. The 3 stars are for the subs - great subs! However, I had a cigarette butt stuck to the bottom of my cup from the delivery guy, another time they didn't bring my drink but still charged me for it, now they don't even deliver out this far, which is what has brought me to yelp, we are 5 minutes away! I work 2.6 miles away at Certainteed and you don't deliver to us? What kind of delivery serves is that? You miss out on me and several of my coworkers ordering many times week. Thee worst JJ's ive been too! I always get the veggie sub and well this time I PAID for extra guacamole of which was rolled up in the cheese and I ended up getting way less than what normally comes on sandwich, but did get an assload of nasty mayo of which I asked to be smeared lighty. This is the worst Jimmy John's I have ever been to. I repeatedly have to wait over 6 minutes to get my food. Twice they have run out of bread! They had to give me the wheat sandwich kind.
