While I have no problem with the food or the service inside....and I haven't been back in a couple months now...something about a food joint that is too cheap to just put napkins in the bag by default when going through the drive through. Apparently, You have to ask....lol....absurd. OK...well I'll just avoid your store from now on. Its the principle. Subway includes the napkins....FYI! read more

Absolutely pitiful and unacceptable. A #14 with 1 paper thin slice of possibly turkey, 1 paper thin slice of supposed beef, 4 slimy half inch pieces of tomato and a sprinkling of old iceberg lettuce and no condiment. Manager states, the general manager informed him to go easy on the lettuce and tomato because they were getting low. So by his own admission , they are serving a sub par sandwich, charging the customer for something they are not getting. Suggestion, if you can't serve your food with the appropriate and expected ingredients that are paid for , DON'T SERVE IT or tell the customer they will be paying for something they won't be getting. You just lost 2 customers and anyone else I can bring with me. read more

Ordered a little John sandwich. Paid. Then the guy had me sign a receipt that asks for a tip. I didn't leave a tip on a $5 sandwich and the window cashier guy actually had the audacity to thank me for not leaving a tip. Then, I got my sandwich and there was ONE piece of turkey on it. I guess if you don't tip you don't get good service. read more

This is a really great place. Lots of young people working here. And I messed up my order and they fixed it even though it was my mistake. I will come back to this Jimmy John's the next time I'm in town. Superb customer service and good food. read more

I had a great experience at Jimmy John's the other day. The staff was friendly and joked with me about the 'dreaded unwich.' They assured me it was no problem to make, and we had a good laugh about it. I only say that because I remember people who have worked at Jimmy johns say they hated making them. I would definitely recommend this location. Great group of guys. My sandwich was beautifully wrapped in lettuce and tasted amazing. read more

The staff at this store is great! Someone picked up my order by accident and the staff was very apologetic. They whipped out six replacement sandwiches freaky fast! read more

Bought subs late last night. I Seen no one inside but 4 employees behind the counter so we order at the drive through. Long story short there was hardly any! Meat at all or anything on them both. Very disappointed here and I'll shop elsewhere now on. Seen meat thawing on the inside counter but no mention of low meat. March 7th at the closing shift around 8:30pm read more

LOVE Jimmy John's. We order from here frequently but the last 3 times I have had issues with my order.... Tonight my sandwich was all messed up. The last time I ordered curbside and gave a good tip, waited for 7 minutes no one came I had to just go in and get it (which ok no biggie but why offer something you can't complete??) read more

Super disappointing, can't even substitute ham for turkey, instead I got charged another $5 to have the same amount of meat that was already going on it. Bread is decent, but it can barely hold the meat and veggies, had almost all the cheese and meat falling out of the sandwich. $23 for a giant sub is pretty ridiculous, even if it's long. You'd be way better off at a jersey giants or subway than paying for this. read more

This Jimmie Johns is awesome I'm literally ordering 12 sandwiches a week for my contractors at a job site these guys always delivered on time and the sandwiches are always made very well they rock read more

I specifically ask for a sandwich to be made without cheese as I'm allergic, but yet again, they added it, even after acknowledging my request. I'm done. read more

Freaky fast, consistent and good customer service when I have had a minor issue (lost delivery) in the past.

I called again today to give them another chance but the driver that came to my house last time was really upset and told us that we owe them a quarter and that if we didn't pay they can deliver to us again but all honesty he got mad because my seven-year-old child tried to give him his birthday money and I told him to get it back I just don't understand this place I probably won't be back first you mess up my order now this God bless you and Jimmy John's read more

My girlfriend and I went in on 1/31 as a dinner break while cleaning out our car. We needed extra quarters to run the vacuum, but asked the cashier after we already ended the sale so we could not trade for any in the drawer. So our cashier Laura went into the back and got us quarters out of her own coat pocket! Day made, thank you! read more

Some fat kid didn't give me a straw and shorted my change by almost 5$ and filled my large cup up halfway and when I asked him to fill up my drink to the to the top he only put a little more not even 75% full. in the end I lost more money then I would ever spend on food and now I will never eat at that location again read more

The 3 stars are for the subs - great subs! However, I had a cigarette butt stuck to the bottom of my cup from the delivery guy, another time they didn't bring my drink but still charged me for it, now they don't even deliver out this far, which is what has brought me to yelp, we are 5 minutes away! This branch is not the greatest, but if your just looking to stop in and grab a sub, great place. read more

Jimmy John's - Look closely, this was a gift from our delivery driver. Apparently I ordered a Newport with my drink. - Sandwiches Near Me - Jackson, Michigan

Service was good greeted with a smile. Food was so good will be going back. Was our first time there and they helped us order and made sure it was what we wanted. The girl at the window was so nice. read more

I would give them a zero if I could. I asked for peppers on half a sub and was told they couldn't do it. Gee when I worked in a restaurant, guests requests were always honored and you'd better be smiling. No smile on this workers face. Got home and the bread was so hard you couldn't eat it. I loved Jimmy John's in Ann Arbor, I can promise you after this experience I'm in no hurry to ever eat at any Jimmy John's again! read more

This is the second time in a row they messed my sub up. The sub was still good as always but you need to learn to read the ticket order because the Receipt is correct read more

6pm on a Friday. 1/3 of the employees seemed annoyed we were there to place our order. The person taking the order could do little more than mumble. Once we were handed our sandwiches, the server just handed them over with little to say. I will say. They weren't busy and there was only one car in the drive thru. Really?!? read more

Horrible Service!! I get the SAME sandwich from there at least 2x per week!! I live 30 minutes south of this store, got home tonight to a completely wrong sandwich!! Called to ask them to replace it and they said "sorry, there is nothing we can do." I asked for a corporate number or for the store manager and they refused to give me any information!! Wow, what a loss of a great customer, that will be my last time EVER going there!! They can keep the extra avocado & extra sprouts that they charged ME for that I didn't get!! read more

Thee worst JJ's ive been too! I always get the veggie sub and well this time I PAID for extra guacamole of which was rolled up in the cheese and I ended up getting way less than what normally comes on sandwich, but did get an assload of nasty mayo of which I asked to be smeared lighty. And the sub was sloppy and lettuce falling out all over the place!! read more

I work 2.6 miles away at Certainteed and you don't deliver to us? What kind of delivery serves is that? You miss out on me and several of my coworkers ordering many times week. We all go to subway instead because it's Even closer. I used to work for jimmy johns as a PIC and our delivery radius was 5 miles. All I have to say is I won't be coming back until you can actually deliver... crazy how I live .9 miles from work and you'll deliver there read more

I travel alot and Jimmy Johns is one of my favorite sub chains. Fast and fresh, no exception here! I hope this one survives... Great store in a dead strip mall. read more

This is the worst Jimmy John's I have ever been to. I repeatedly have to wait over 6 minutes to get my food. Twice they have run out of bread! They had to give me the wheat sandwich kind. Great subs.... bad staff.... drive threw sub at employee. Did a burn out in parking lot.
