Placed a $400 cater order more than 24 hours in advance. Show up to pick up and told they are waiting for bread, yet they are making sandwiches for new orders and walk ins. This happened in January also. Thought we'd circle back and give them another chance. Never again. read more

I ordered delivery. Paid delivery fee and tip. The order was supposed to arrive at 12PM, and I was waiting outside since 11:50AM. I waited till 12:40PM but the order never arrived. I called the location 10 times and they never answered. I called company customer service number and I was told they would inform management. That's it. No resolution. I wasted my entire lunch time waiting for this order and calling them. The "Track My Order" on the website gave no updates at all. It went from "Order Received" to "Repeat Order." I'm really disappointed with the service. UPDATE*** They delivered my order 50 minutes late. I actually don't mind that it was late. The guy apologized and said they had received 200 orders. I understand that things happen sometimes. I would have just liked if there was better communication from the company. We need updates. That is what "Track My Order" is for. They could have informed me there that there would be a delay. I would have been okay with that. read more

Don't go here for lunch - the line for drive through took more than 35 minutes- once you are in this line it's behind a building you are stuck- you can't leave the line so you can't go back to work if you wanted too. read more

They make a good sandwich, but the slowest JJ's ever !! This location should drop the Freaky Fast part !!

Wonderful service and peaceful environment. Employee named Ricky was super respectful and very helpful

I typically don't write reviews but this Jimmy John's really need to step it's game up. It seems that I'll order from here and keep getting disappointed. This a great alternative for me to eat better and correct my health but when I get my food it looks thrown together. read more

Jimmy John's - Club lulu unwich thrown together - Sandwiches Near Me - Houston, Texas

hmmm...so i work in the neighborhood near this jimmy johns and they literally don't deliver to us, which is extremely odd...but today i went through the drive thru and got a tuna sandwich and got everything i needed, it was fairly quick. My sandwich was good of course. I gave them three stars because i don't understand why they do deliver fairly close read more

The food is good but they need more workers who actually work. There was only one person I saw making sandwiches and one working the drive through. I saw three others just wandering around. Won't go back here again because they are horribly slow read more

I have no idea how this location has gone so far downhill. Food is on par with other locations but the employees are terrible. In the past 3 weeks, going here twice I've spent 20 and 30 min waiting in the drive thru for order taking and fulfillment. It has been in a spiral for a year, I've contacted mgmt only to receive a coupon but no fix so mgmt doesn't get the problem. Our office used to use them frequently and I was the last person still going due to orders being incorrect or the drive thru being completely non functional. Sadly the only fix may be a complete restaff and owners don't seem to care enough to implement. read more

Store is super clean. Great prices. Food was perfect. Highly recommend! Got a mobile order and ate in the store.

Giving this location 2 stars ONLY because their sandwiches are consistently delicious. If only their service was so good... it took close to 30 minutes to get one sandwich in the drive-thru this afternoon. To make matters worse - as I sat in the drive-thru - I could see my sandwich sitting on the ledge next to the window. Rather than have the car in front of me pull forward (they'd placed a large order)... I sat there - staring at my food. JJ's, take a lesson from other drive-thru establishments. If you cannot hand someone their food promptly at the window - kindly ask them to pull forward so you can continue serving the cars behind them read more

I come once a week at least and have never been disappointed. Bread is always fresh, and the sandwich is ready usually before I have a chance to fill up my drink! Great atmosphere good management. Keep it up! read more

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I sat in line this evening for about 15 mins while Rachel made my sandwiches as I watch the other guy walk back and forth on his cell phone. He was the one that took my order. Once I got my order, instantly I knew it was wrong. Told Rachel it was wrong and she yelled to the guy it was wrong because again he was the one that took the order. Oh mind you the inside was closed and we had to go through the drive-thru, which I hate for this very reason. I got the sandwiches, had to tell them that I hadn't paid yet, had to ask for a receipt too! Once I got the receipt I realized once again that the sandwiches were incorrect. Had to go back through the drive-thru and told Rachel they were wrong and she said Oh. Sat another five mins behind the person in front of me. Once I made it to the window I was greeted by whoever the guy was taking the drive-thru orders. He literally said, "what's the problem". No, I'm sorry. How can I fix it? I told him the issue and yes I was irritated because, by that time, I had been there 30 mins for some sandwiches. Long story short he lied and said he made the sandwiches when I watched Rachel do it and watched him walk back and forth on his phone cleaning the pop machine. He said even though my receipt was wrong, he knew had what I wanted in his head. Huh? All that while you're on the phone. He said, what do you want me to do? I said I would like the sandwiches I asked for and he literally said, "No, because you comin at me sideways". LOL I said, "What?" Is this customer service? He said he would give me the manager's name and phone number and I can call him. When I asked for the name and number he then said no, I can call the store in the morning. Here is the thing? He's ignorant! He knew he messed up and tried to blame me! How can you be taking orders and be on your phone at the same time? I guaranteed the guy in front of me order is wrong too. To top it off, I asked my son wasn't or order wrong the last time and he said yes. The same freaking guy! The difference is that we went into the store. Awful experience and I will never go to this location again. As the customer, yes I'm going to be upset because to took my money and didn't honor your part of the transaction. I believe management is training these people this way. They don't care. How do you not know that you have someone working for you like this and looking at the reviews, I'm almost sure they don't care. YOUR SERVICE SUCKS! read more

This jimmy johns is honestly just like every other jimmy johns good sandwiches and all but it didn't deserve this 2 rating until my experience that I received about 10 minutes ago. I've ordered for delivery from this location about 3-4 and each time the delivery was successful but for some reason today, they said "this jimmy johns doesn't deliver there." BRUH! I'm 1.4 miles away!! What's the point of offering delivery if you can't even deliver somewhere that's 1.4 miles away!!?!? I was honestly dumbfounded by the response I received and y'all have lost my business. I will now be eating at the 1960 location because this location is ASS! read more

I have been going to this location for a few months, and my sandwiches are always the same top notch quality. The employees are great, and yes, they are freaky fast. It's quite amazing actually! The ingredients are *** FRESH *** and their ice tea is great! As to others, if you want more meat try the sandwiches (right side of menu) that have double meat for $1 more. I am a fan! read more

Remember that annoying radio commercial that Jimmy John's has about them being super fast? Yeah...it's true. But that's all they got going for them!! My sandwich was made before I could even finish paying, awesome! Sandwich? It was just "aight". Their bread is dry, sandwich is dry, I don't know, it just didn't taste yummy or even satisfying. But, it did fill me up so I guess that's good.... Wouldn't come back. Nope. Sorry. read more

I would have given this place four stars if it wasn't for the fact that they give you so little meat/fish/whatever your main sandwich is built around. Sure, they have extremely fast service. But sheesh! Would it be so hard to add just a little more meat? You also cannot toast your sandwich and your only option for cheese is provolone. I tried the Totally Tuna and the Billy Club. I didn't like the tuna one but I somewhat enjoyed the Billy. The one I thing I didn't like about both though was that they gave me more lettuce than anything. The French bread is quite good, but it's not enough to make me come back here. Plus, the overall prices for these sandwiches are kind of ridiculous. You could make your own! But if you don't have time... You're better off with a warm and toasty $5 footlong from subway. read more

I'm a huge fan of Jimmy John's. This location however consistently disappoints me. Today I ordered for delivery. Which I actually haven't tried since the year they opened because I knew we are out of the delivery area. Seeing as that was a long time ago and we're only 1.6 miles away I thought perhaps the delivery area had grown (because I was also told by a manager in the past that could happen). So, I order. They asked my closest intersection, I get an "Ok" and then I place the order. When it gets delivered (20 minutes later) the person makes a point to tell me "Just so you know you're not actually in our delivery zone, for next time". Mind blown! 1.6 miles!!! When I was in college Jimmy John's was delivered by a cyclist. They definitely biked farther than this guy drove and my food arrived much faster. It's really bad what this location is doing for the Jimmy John's brand (as seen by other reviews). read more

I was going to get a sandwich today because I've been too busy to leave the office. That's not going to happen, though. 1.4 miles away but that is outside of the delivery area. Wow... read more

I'm staying within 3 miles of this location and I have the lady my address she literally said sorry and hung up. What crappy service!

Thier delivery radius stinks. I work 3.1 miles from them. They won't deliver. Company policy. :(

I've never had a bad experience here until today. While I was waiting on my sandwich, I saw the lady in the back preparing the sandwiches (for to go orders I'm assuming) place a paper in the trash can then used her hand to press the trash down further to make more room in the can. She was wearing gloves and once finished with the trash, continued back to her station and began touching the meat and sandwiches with the same gloves. When I called her out on it, she gave me a dirty look and said ", All the trash in that can is paper from the meat." I said, "OK, but is that not trash?" She walked away, switched out her gloves and then went back to work. I couldn't stay quiet and glad I said something. I know that trash can isn't food safe, unless they take it to a sanitary garbage disposal in the back . A trash can is a trash can, unless you're working in a sanitary environment. Any contact with this while preparing food should not be tolerated. read more

You need to rethink your delivery area! Less than three miles away and you don't deliver there!?!?!

Made a group order online, picked up the order, and then returned to work only to find out they forgot to make a sandwich (on me). Work is only 2 miles away and we were "outside of their delivery radius" so we had to pick it up. Manager was generally rude when we arrived. I would go to another Jimmy John's in the area next time. read more

I met my husband here for lunch today. We walked in and there were 5 staff and not one said welcome to JJ. The guy who took our order had no personality or excitement with a monotone voice. My husband asked about a military discount and this is no longer given per the manager. We walked to a table and the music was so loud we couldn't hear each other talk. I asked them to turn the head banging music down or chafe to a different channel. Again no apologies for the inconvenience. Food was ok but definitely not worth it as it was very pricey for what you get. As we were eating a girl walked by with a trash bag to the back door and kicked the door open with her foot. We were the only customers in the place and no one came in the entire we were there. After our experience I understand why. None of the staff came by to ask how our food turned out or even acknowledged us. Worst lunch ever!! We will never go back here or any jimmy johns. They need to take a few lessons in customer service. If only we had read the reviews first. read more
