My boyfriend and I stopped in Hannibal, Missouri at Jimmy John's and went through their drive-thru and as we were giving our order, the guy taking our order kept saying after each item we ordered "Have your total at the window," instead of waiting for us to order completely and then say that once. We ordered 2 sandwiches and one with a combo with a pickle and a Diet Pepsi, along with another pickle to go; so, the guy said that above quotation to us about 5 times and never even asked what he wanted to drink until we got to the window. I would've understood a little bit more if they were busy, but there were employees leaning against counters and not working, just chatting with other coworkers and laughing. The food we got held its' standards per other food I have gotten in the past from other Jimmy John's restaurants; so, it was good. Just the service could've been better. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. The Hannibal Jimmy John's is ran by a very unprofessional manager. He should be fired for the way I have seen him treat his employees who are doing their job correctly, yet other employees smoke pot on breaks. This means they come in high making customers sandwiches. That explains for the many other reviews posted under this restaurant of how orders are wrong, restaurant ran out of meat, etc. Overall, I would rather eat anything else. read more

pulled into the ayerco truck stop in Hannibal Missouri home of Mark Twain.. really didn't want any barbecue didn't want any fast food. add to taste for Jimmy John's so I looked up one here gave a call so you deliver out here to the truck stop they said sure. I ordered myself a standard number 11 the country club which is ham and turkey with some lettuce and tomato light mayonnaise and then I asked them to put a little black pepper on and add some Dijon mustard they did everything perfectly couldn't ask for more. should be about 15 minutes or so I said cool. about 20 minutes or so I noticed about looking for the Jimmy John classic little thing like pizza delivery with the the hood tent on top lighting up Jimmy John's didn't see it.. but about five minutes later I got a phone call asking me where are you said up here by the Big muddy BBQ in the back and walked around but I didn't see you I said I didn't realize you cruised up with one that didn't light up Jimmy John's most of the ones I see have the light ups like Domino's and Pizza Hut and yada yada yada... turned out he was up in front of the station but took a walk back I popped the headlights he saw me gave me my sandwich I couldn't complain I was happy.. turns out that they don't have the light up signs at night which is why I didn't see him as I was watching the highway for him to pull in.. but it was all fine I met him as I was walking towards where he was and we swapped out and was 752 I gave him ten bucks I was happy that I over tip I don't care I was happy to have Jimmy John's.. open up my sandwich and it was just like I wanted it which was perfect.. I will keep in mind to come to this Jimmy John's and call down when I come to the truck stop if I'm dropping down 61 again I was very pleased with the quality of the sandwich and the service.. read more

I ordered the same sandwich the same way as always. when it got to me after 1 hour, it's as wrong. I called and they said it was on me, I ordered wrong. I did not. Guy said it would be inconvenient to remake and send as they had one driver and he was out with six orders. He said it was my fault. called manager next day and he backed up everything the guy said. Crazy, I will never order from them again. I could not believe it. My daughters sandwich had so much Mayo it was running out of them bottom like water. I guess I'm out 30 dollars. read more

Clean, fast, and edible. For those looking for gluten-free options, the unwhich is a great way to go. The four-star rating for this location is all about service, cleanliness and being super quick delivering decent food. To be honest Jimmy John's is not in my top five list of sandwich places to visit, primarily due to the fact that the bread isn't up to par for a lot of other places. It's fine, but just not my favorite. But I would definitely stop at this location as we did today in need of a quick sandwich to go. read more

We stopped at 1:00 on June 11. Workers weren't wearing gloves, they ran out of ingredients, some workers were just sitting around on counters, bathrooms were destroyed, one worker was incredibly RUDE. When we inquired about our food the rude workers stated he yelled we are out of turkey loud enough he thought we would have known. We will never visit this Jimmy John's again. Don't waste your time unless you want to be treated with disrespect. Many customers were getting mad and walking out or asking for a refund. And this rude employee was making fun of the customers loud enough that my husband said something about his rudeness, and he mouthed off to him too. read more

This particular jimmy Johns is not recommended. Sloppy made sandwich. Not near the meat put on the sandwich as other jimmy Johns I've visited. My sandwich was supposed to have avocado spread. I got about 1/8 of a teaspoon on it. This is my second experience at this one and it will be my last. read more

Great subs, lots of flavor, much better than the cardboard sandwiches at Subway. Friendly staff and sandwich is made very quickly. Try one you will switch unless you prefer cardboard. read more
