We HAD to order our own food-but that is not the big deal. (For seniors it will be). The tables were dirty, the soda machine was out of ice, our food was cold and covered with a black burnt dusty material. I wish I had taken pictures of the situation, but I almost didn't write this. It was my fault I wanted a crunch wrap really bad and even though I saw the 1.8 rating- I told my husband to go there. I thought the ratings were from a year ago - surely they have cleaned up their act. No they did not! I cannot recommend this place. Let me preface this review by stating that I didn't see the store's rating before I stopped. There were a lot of cars in the parking lot so I took that as a good sign. There were several people waiting for their orders when I went inside. I stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes waiting to order before I realized they have an ordering kiosk because it was behind me, and there were people standing in front of it when I came in. Once I ordered and paid, I moved down to where I had a better view of the "kitchen" part of the store. Then I noticed that the guy wrapping up all the food was also coughing pretty regularly. Mostly he was coughing into his shirt, but occasionally he didn't pull his shirt up over his mouth and coughed in the direction of the food counter in front of him. After several more minutes of waiting for my food, watching order after order being processed, and this employee coughing at least a half a dozen more times, I finally got someone's attention and asked for my money back. He said their manager was not currently in the store so he wasn't authorized to do that. He apologized and asked what my order was. I told him and they expedited it. It still took a couple more minutes. They offered to give me a free drink, but I wasn't interested. As they finished my expedited order, they told me my original order was actually next up. This is the longest by far I've ever waited for food at a Taco Bell. In addition to that, I noticed they were out of mild sauce in the lobby, and several of the tables hadn't been cleaned. I understand being understaffed, and needing to work to make a living. I really wish that guy had been given a mask to wear if he was going to be coughing while handling food. No photos of the guy coughing with his shirt pulled up over his mouth, then using the same hands he used to pull his shirt up to handle food. The point isn't to embarrass the guy personally. Im not usually one to write a review but this was TERRIBLE. When we walked in all the tables were dirty, not a single clean one. No one will take your order so you are forced to order at the machines. We waited around 30 minutes for our food and didnt even get it all. We asked for our drink cups 3 different time, which wouldn't bother me if they were busy, but we could see multiple people on their phones or just talking. When we got everything (after more waiting) it was gross. The nacho fries were cold, the chicken chalupas were over cooked and stale, the quesadillas were also stale. Food took 35 minutes to get, quesadilla was burnt to a crisp. The other items were stale. Entire lobby was disgusting. The other person who was with me had a separate order that they skipped over or forgot about so we got our food ten minutes apart. Worst experience at a fast food place. read more

This place is a mess. Unorganized, GROSS, and most of the stuff didn't look like it had been cleaned for a while. The ladies restroom was worse than an outhouse. Brown crusty hunk all over the floor and toilet paper everywhere. The order was slowly fulfilled and I didn't even get everything I ordered I was handed my bag with no explanation as to why I didn't get fries or my freeze that I already paid for. I wanted to indicate that Taco Bell is not answering their customer service messages. Detailing the issue through the app does not yield any support. The phone number provided for their customer service leaves service unavailable 24 hours a day. You wait on hold and cannot get support. With us being said, they are not issuing any refunds and not updating the app at their location. They are selling things not provided to customers through their app. The location has had repeat claims of shortages on ingredients locally. In these prior months they have blamed the pandemic. While trying to resolve this issue I have found that KBP foods that managed this company are directly responsible. They are involved in a class action about collecting employee biometric information without consent. Historically, it appeared to have been 2018 they were also facing a lawsuit regarding staff wages. I want to petition anyone who reads this to report the same issue if it has happened to them within these last few months or upcoming connected months. They need to be held accountable and are not able to provide support. They are stealing and no one can be arrested at this time. read more

The worst service I have ever gotten at any fast food restaurant in my entire life. They can't keep the orders straight. They're inconsistency with the way the food is made and has in it, and constantly giving out wrong orders to people all the time. I have also had a very, very, very long. Every visit to this Taco Bell has been a let down, and tonight was no exception. I was in line for over 40 minutes total. AFTER I ordered my food I waited over 30 minutes to receive my food. When I arrived at the window to pay, I observed trash, food, wrappers, and boxes on the floor inside. I saw employees walking on the trash and even kicking it as they passed it. One employee kept leaning on the drive thru window and getting on her cell phone. Our food was cold. Our burritos were soggy. Waited 30+ mins for an incorrect order. They prioritized all the drive thru orders over the people who were waiting for over half an hour inside, probably around 20 people came and went through the drive thru before we were served. A friend and I came into the lobby and ordered our food. We waited about 10 minutes to get our food and ate. At 8:40pm, I went to the kiosks to make a to go order for my family and at 8:42pm they said the lobby was closed and they would no longer be taking orders in the lobby. We immediately came to the drive through so I could get the food for my family and half an hour later I am still sitting in the line. This is ridiculous. Food was as it should be when we ate in. Very frustrated with the early lobby closure and the wait time in the line. read more

First of all, order before you are hungry to compensate for the long wait. In the very rare occasion that they get your order correct, your food will taste like it's been sitting out. This place used to be great, but the food quality and service has plummeted recently. Staff shortages aren't the problem here, they just do the bare minimum. We ate there Thursday, 5/6/21 and the place was dirty! I was with two ladies who said they never want to go back to this location. There were lots of staff but they just seemed to be standing around instead of cleaning the place. Almost every week we eat a Mexican meal and most of the time at Taco Bell. We have found the Quincy IL stores to be very clean. In the future, we will travel to these locations. What a shame they are not striving for cleanliness at the Hannibal , MO location! read more
