We ordered breakfast items and when we received our food we noticed that 2 of the items we ordered were wrong. We then looked at our receipt to realize that they were rung up wrong on the ticket. We went back inside to tell them what the issue was, and they were very rude and persistent we would have to pay for it when it was not our fault we hadn't gotten what we ordered. There was also no one else there so we were not an inconvenience at all, but made to feel like it. Horrible experience. read more

We ordered the 2 for $5 promo through drive-thru. Ordered 2 of the Original Chicken sandwiches. The sandwiches were the worst we have ever had. It was dripping with grease and it had more of a grease taste than a chicken taste. I have a hunch (based upon the other one-star review) that this restaurant is poorly managed. I wanted to submit a review through the Burger King website, but the receipt # was torn off of the receipt. If you are driving through Hannibal, you may want to avoid this Burger King. read more

Literally the worst fast food establishment I've ever been in. The woman in charge was incredibly rude and clearly hated being there. The restaurant and bathrooms were not clean, they were out of toilet paper, the cash register was down, and most of the drink selections were unavailable. We waited for our food and immediately threw it away because we were so grossed out. I would never return or recommend this Burger King to anyone. Not very good. Food smelled abnormally gross. The chicken sandwich I ordered did not have much meat. The lettuce was not fresh and of very low quality. I was in this BK again today. I asked for the manager about an order I had a few weeks back, showed her my receipt for purchase. Melanie (mgr) was VERY accommodating and very apologetic. Seriously couldn't have been nicer. Placed another order and she double checked it herself. All the food was piping hot fresh off the grill. Personally, I have never had any of the sandwiches "dripping with grease" as another poster stated. The counter people have always been pleasant. Btw: if the TP is out, tell the clerks. People actually do steal the TP and it causes customers to think the workers just don't keep it filled. Which is not the case. read more

Horrible service today..I come to this BK all the time..Night time is awesome- friendly quick service, fresh hot food, ... Quite a different story with today.. just getting someone to wipe some tables & mop up a major drink spill in the children's play area when we arrive so we could even go in there took way too long, was treated as an inconvenience rather than a safety hazard, and when the soda machine sprayed out all over me, the counter rep asked the one doing tables to go look at it..She said ok, continued washing several more tables while I stood there stickie & waiting. I ended up wiping off the fountain nozzle just so I could get my soda & go sit down with my family...Still waiting for the floor to be mopped... then the food was ready.. not fresh or hot... Fries & nuggets for the kids.. how can anyone wait that long & get it not fresh? Ugh..If the employee could have put more effort into her job- maybe it would least come Across that someone cares about your business or your customers.. read more

I stopped by this establishment to get a sandwich and fries to eat on the way home. I sat in the drive thru for 12 minutes. I ordered a Bacon Whopper and asked them to leave the cheese off. I asked for extra napkins and got 3. When I checked the bag there were none. I thought after the long wait that the food would be fresh and hot. The fries were cold and the sandwich was even colder. And there was cheese on it. I will never stop there again! read more
