I understand accidents happen/can't always get the 5 star quality we are so accustomed to here…read moreafter coming here for years, but today I was given a cold 6" pizza (passed off as if it was fresh out of the oven). When I took a couple of bites and realized it, I asked the waitress who then explained that they dropped my husband's pizza and had to remake his. I would've preferred the option of eating mine warm while they made his new one. The waitress said they'd take some off of the ticket. They took off the price of my husband's soda which probably cost them 10 cents worth of syrup. Hopefully they bump up their customer service so that they don't close like their Quincy location did today.

The typical Wendys experience entirely better than all the other reviews with extremely friendly…read moreservice from the good guy Justin behind the counter who came around later to make sure we were happy with our meals. We dropped in mid-afternoon on a Friday and found quite quick service. We both went for the bourbon burger which I enjoyed but I don't think they added extra sauce for my friend who did the double patty. I had a good amount of sauce for my single but would bet it's not as saucy with extra meat. Weirdly despite the advertising height the fries are still nothing to brag about; Golden Arches and Arby's still got this ginger girl's spuds beat. That's okay because I love the new chili with the extra veggies in it and really get fries anyway. Still hoping to see more original sandwich and burger items that offer the five guys and meat heads experience in a more budget friendly better processed ingredients chain.

I ordered a bottle of water and ended up getting a cup of water, but when I went to correct her, she had already closed her little side window and did not return. The croissant was not a croissant, but I don't necessarily blame the store for that. The potatoes were really good and that's the only reason I would give them one star. However, based on the very rude service I received, I would like to rent this zero stars. Only now, that I'm leaving this review I see other people also left a one star review. I will certainly not come again.

Let me preface this review by stating that I didn't see the store's rating before I stopped…read more There were a lot of cars in the parking lot so I took that as a good sign. There were several people waiting for their orders when I went inside. I stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes waiting to order before I realized they have an ordering kiosk because it was behind me, and there were people standing in front of it when I came in. Once I ordered and paid, I moved down to where I had a better view of the "kitchen" part of the store. Then I noticed that the guy wrapping up all the food was also coughing pretty regularly. Mostly he was coughing into his shirt, but occasionally he didn't pull his shirt up over his mouth and coughed in the direction of the food counter in front of him. After several more minutes of waiting for my food, watching order after order being processed, and this employee coughing at least a half a dozen more times, I finally got someone's attention and asked for my money back. He said their manager was not currently in the store so he wasn't authorized to do that. He apologized and asked what my order was. I told him and they expedited it. It still took a couple more minutes. They offered to give me a free drink, but I wasn't interested. As they finished my expedited order, they told me my original order was actually next up. This is the longest by far I've ever waited for food at a Taco Bell. In addition to that, I noticed they were out of mild sauce in the lobby, and several of the tables hadn't been cleaned. I understand being understaffed, and needing to work to make a living. I really wish that guy had been given a mask to wear if he was going to be coughing while handling food. No photos of the guy coughing with his shirt pulled up over his mouth, then using the same hands he used to pull his shirt up to handle food. The point isn't to embarrass the guy personally. Restaurants should do better.
