I have been to this location and the one on JFK Parkway. Both locations are great! Clean store, friendly staff, and when they say it's "freakishly fast," they mean it! It USED to be good. But the last two orders were finally what made me decide to never order again from them. On July 4th I ordered 2 roast beef cheddar sandwhiches with light horseradish sauce they both had extra sauce to the point i had to get my daughter lunch at Wendys i decided maybe it was a bad time so i iordered 2 wrap sandwhiches the Big John i opened them and there two slices of roast beef in each sandwich. I got a sandwich delivered from this Jimmy John's and it made me violently ill for hours. The next time I went into the store the employees laughed at me and I overheard one high school kid saying it was funny that they made me throw up last time. I contacted customer service about this and they blew me off, said it was my problem, and didn't follow through at all. I asked if they have cameras in the store to verify my experience, and they blew me off. This store and/or franchise owners obviously don't care about the health of their customers at all. read more

We had our grandson sleeping in the car. So my husband and I took turns going in to place our orders at Jimmy John's. I ordered two lettuce wraps. I reiterated four times that I wanted extra mayo. I received my order and the tuna sandwich did not have the extra mayo. The turkey sandwich had old turkey meat and tasted bad. it had sbout half a tablespoon of mayo at the top of the lettuce wrap and that was it for the extra mayo. I did not eat my turkey sandwich. We were headed out of town and did not have time to take the order back to complain. We will not use this location again. The cashier was not friendly and appeared bothered by me. I recommend the Jimmy John off of Harmony Rd and Corbett. they are friendly, welcoming snd good at getting orders right. read more

I ordered my regular sandwich and chips, when I got home I realized they entered the wrong order. I called the store to figure out how to resolve it and the guy who answered was extremely helpful and understanding. They even delivered the new correct sandwich directly to me free of charge. I work in food service and this resolution was very professional. I will definitely return to this location in the future. read more

I love Jimmy Johns but this location sucks. I ordered a #12 just the way it comes. They made it completely wrong. They made a #9 and then realized it and then proceeded to make the #12 on the same bread. So my sandwich had no tomatoes no cucumbers and it had oregano on it. I didn't realize it until I got all the way home and started to eat it. I decided to drive back and make them fix it. The manager was nice and told them to make another one and gave me a coupon for a free sandwich. Well now I'm home and they messed up this one too. There is no avocado on it, which if you like the #12, you know that's what make the sandwich. You would think that after I bothered to drive all the way back for a new sandwich that they would get it right the second time. This also isn't the first time they have forgotten the avocado. I used to live near Elizabeth and Lemay, so this used to be my Jimmy John's. It's sometimes hard for me to review chains like this because the experience is often the same regardless of which location you're at. Lately I've been stopping in here after I finish at the gym (better than going over to Culver's for a concrete mixer). They always seem to start mopping the floors hours before they close, leading me to always ask if they are still open when I walk in the door. I feel a little guilty walking on the clean floor in my running shoes. As always, service is fast and friendly. I've even stuck around to hang out inside the store or at one of their tables outside. Nothing exceptional, but a nice place regardless. read more

This is a clean and efficient location. Not typically crowded. Most of their sandwiches are good. The bread is pretty standard as far as sub shops go, but their meat is a cut above somewhere like Subway. Pun intended. Order the "Gutbustuh" and it will fill you up! read more

my boyfriend and i come here all the time and the service just seems to get worse every time. first they would not serve us because we didnt have masks on even months after the mask mandate was lifted. secondly, my boyfriend loves hot peppers so he always orders EXTRA on his sandwhich. most times, they forget or only give him a few(3-5). this time, he got ONE pepper total on his entire sandwhich. like is this a joke? theres at least 6-7 employees there working everytime we go in, you would think that one of them could make the sandwhich right, especially if we are paying extra for the peppers. Another issue that happened today was i asked for mayo packets on the side (because they wont put mayo on the slim sandwiches), usually i have to remind them a few times, but today i didnt. they usually wrap them up inside the paper with the sandwhich so i didnt think anything of it until i got home and realized there WERE NO MAYO PACKETS. overall so dissapointing and super frustrating. i dont even want to drive back and deal with the airhead employees any longer! they are nice but dont seem to care about the quality of the sandwhiches, just how fast they make them. quality over quantity people! read more

I order two sandwiches which they took 2 hours to deliver. When I checked my order it was wrong. My receipt was correct the sandwiches were wrong. When I called to complain they told me would deliver the sandwiches I ordered but they did not deliver anything. I will not be ordering from here again. read more

Amazing service! The 1st time I order from Jimmy John's I was more than surprised that literally after I hung up the phone less than ten minutes later my order was at my door. The only thing that was wrong was my chips were missing from my order. I believe in second chances and the 2nd time I ordered I expressed that my order was incomplete and I was given their sincere apology and that the would make sure my order was to my satisfaction... Which it was and what I was extremely happy with was Jimmy John's saves your order along with your phone number, name and address. Ordered some "porker" sandwich here the other day. What you see is what you get. Few options for bread and no added veggies. Meat, cheese, bread, mayo. Sandwich was small and didn't hit the spot. No love in it whatsoever. At least it was fast and cheap. read more

When my son drops by for lunch, our favorite is the #9. Always it's like the commercial, their just here!!! No joke and I always tell them, "It's just like the commercial" they are so fast. UNBELIEVABLE! Over the past year we've bad horrible service from this specific location (Lemay Ave, Fort Collins, CO)....taking forever to arrive to our door, not receiving the correct items, not receiving all items ordered etc.... I called to speak to a manager and he gave us free sandwiches for all our hassles from the past 9 months. I called today to receive those free sandwiches and the manager said he didn't have any free ones for me and doesn't remember speaking to me. And STILL didn't honor or offer to give us the free sandwiches. You just lost our business! Jimmy Johns, you need to get control over this location, very unprofessional all the way around!! As a business owner, this is not the service we are accustomed to that we receive from other stores.
