When those parked cars want to leave, everyone has to maneuver like a slide puzzle, so they can attempt to leave. I never saw anyone get out, but I believe they need to join the drive thru line temporarily, then slowly inch out until they finally reach the exit (which isn't clearly marked) at the far back of the lot. What an absolute cluster! Do not enter this area if you are claustrophobic, a bad driver or don't have 30-40 minutes to waste! Other popular restaurants like In 'N Out and Chick- Fil-A have the parking lot/drive-thru/demand/service figured out... Ok, all that for what? Yes, very good chicken and sauce (both definitely better than Chick Fil A), but just average for fries, coleslaw, and Texas toast.
