Worst Burger King I have ever experienced. 15 minutes waiting to order in the drive-through, then additional 15 minutes to get to the window to pay and collect my order. They are slow and the customer service is absolutely horrific. I asked the, what appeared to be the shift supervisor, what the holdup was and his reply to me was "difficult and asshole customers and if you don't like it don't come back". I have gone to this burger a handful of times. I like the impossible whopper - once I ordered that and was laughed at then told that I didn't want that. One time they wouldn't take my order. Worst customer service ever! Waited at the drive thru for a few minutes and was never greeted. Then a voice says, "Are you gonna order!". When I got to the window, I again wasn't greeted while the manager and an employee talked about getting drunk the night before. Worst customer service....ever. They have a sign taped to the drive-through menu.....saying that certain items are not available.....but they are. Then they don't have other items which are on the menu. When I inquired of the attendant what the real menu was, I got a comment that "they don't want my business" anyway. My boyfriend and I have come to this Burger King for breakfast twice and both times we've been kind and courteous. The drive thru worker has been the same both times and can barely hear them through the drive thru speaker. At the window they are very rude, barely speak, just reach for the card and gave us drinks that were dripping and spilling. The French toast sticks were barely cooked and the burrito had little to nothing in it. This Burger King is not on the same level as the other locations in Fort Collins. VERY disappointing. Hope there are some changes moving forward. read more

The food is usually cold, they close at 10 even on a Friday, and most of the time the employees are outside smoking. Which causes longer wait times. This place should be sold or closed. read more

The employees are amazing. They get my order correct every time. I don't know if it's the manager but it is always understaffed here. The last time I went there there were only 2 people working the entire restaurant at the dinner rush. Don't go here unless you have a lot of time on your hands as it is VERY slow. read more

This Burger King had flies everywhere. I do not like eating with insects. I get it if it's outside but this is inside, and there is more flies inside then it would be outside. Also it was hot and sweaty in there. You were hot and having flies all over you. That's not a good eating environment. The restroom took pretty long too. They had two stalls.
