I went here yesterday there was no experience that was good. I asked for a number 1 with no cheese they gave me cheese!. Got the French dip wasn't cut. I literally asked for Arby's sauce 3 times didn't even get that. The food was even cold. I had to wait in line for almost 30 minutes (drive through) just for cold food. read more

Service seriously needs to improve. Did an online order for the the new Philly and then go to pick it up from drive thru only to arrive with them telling me they couldn't make it because of no supplies. Seriously they need to order enough food to meet the demands of their customers. The last few times I have been there has always been something wrong with my order. I did it so you didn't have to, I got a salad from Arby's. Not gonna lie it's pretty good. I wish there was a bit more meat and less greens, but it's actually quite tasty otherwise. My significant other loves the classic roast beef sammy, it wasn't necessarily aesthetically pleasing but I thought it was yummy. Just needed sauce on it. The Jalapeño poppers were so good, as were the Motz sticks!! Wasn't expecting this from Arby's. Stopped in for the first and last time. Not really friendly. We ordered to take home. The curly fries were old and cold. When I walked down to the edit area you could see the shredded lettuce and it was brown and should have been in the trash. We won't go back to this location. Very fast service!! Very kind lady gave me a HUGE water which was much appreciated because most fast food waters are too small to be good for anything. The sandwich was excellent as always! This location is terrible! 9 cars in the drive thru and counting. I've been here almost 15 minutes and it feels like a prison. I peeked inside and they are not even slammed. Where is management? Something this bad is typically a lack of leadership. Either not motivating employees properly, lack of training or a lack of support. How it can be this bad is mind boggling to me. Unfortunately this was my worst Arby's experience ever. I thought I would try it out because it's brand new, and I was hungry. I ended up getting the buffalo chicken tenders which were slathered with buffalo sauce and there was hardly any meat. The girl didn't give me any dipping sauce so I had to go back through the drive-through to get it. When I went through again she ignored me for a good five minutes and then had the worst attitude when I asked for some dipping sauce.The curly fries were also horrible. They gave me all the little crunchy bits and no real curly fries so I couldn't even enjoy my favorite item on the menu. What a complete let down, I will never go there again. read more

We went to this Arby's yesterday evening at about 6:00 PM and as soon as I stepped up to the counter, the employee informed me that they were out of roast beef. I asked her, "Of all the things that Arby's should always have is roast beef (Arby's--RB's--roast beef) so how could you be out? There was one car in the parking lot and no one in the dining room, so it wasn't like there was a run on roast beef. She informed me that the manager forgot to put it in the oven. Really? The manager? Major fail! Judging from the other reviews for this store, Arby's needs to take more seriously who they put in charge of their restaurant. read more

I have been to this Arby's a few times now in the last couple months since it opened. I normally take the drive through with the kids but wanted to go inside to order so I could take my time looking at the menu. As I stood at the counter looking at the menu, the only thing I could hear was the sound of very loud gangster rap playing. No big deal, listening to music at work should be fine in most cases. However, when the music is throwing around the "N" word like it is publicly acceptable, that is a problem. I had to yell over the music to tell them to turn it off! There was only one couple eating in the restaurant and they were very old. I felt embarrassed for them that they had to listen to that crap while eating there meal. After the music was "turned down, not off, like requested", one of the "model employees" walked over and asked what I would like to order....What!?!?!....no apologies, or anything. How am I to expect "spit free" food after that incident. I did not order food from them, and will not be returning....the manager was present but on a smoke break. She was well aware of the music playing but it only became an issue when I told her people should not have to hear that inside of her restaurant....have some respect for people. Listen to crap when you are closing and cleaning....not at 1 in the afternoon when patrons are ordering food!!!! read more
