The food was great, as expected, but the service was impeccable. We had already discussed at our table how great our experience was but it was proven when we had to watch an extremely rude man act like a jerk. I have had delivery from Jimmy John's a few times. The sandwiches are always of good quality and made with fresh ingredients. I've never been disappointed. Delivery is always super fast and the orders are always accurate. I always order the Gargantuan or the #9 Big Italian (aka Italian Night Club) submarine sandwich. A few weeks ago I visited the store in person. I found the space neat and clean. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, I felt like a valued guest right away. The employees were all very pleasant and very efficient. I usually order the regular size (eight inches) but on this occasion I ordered the giant size (16 inches) since I was sharing it with my wife. If two people are eating, it's a little more economical to order the giant size rather than two regular size subs. I probably spent less than five minutes in the store until I was handed my order and on my way home. It was the first time my wife had a sub from Jimmy John's, I am happy to say we both enjoyed it. No matter what you order you will get top quality ingredients in a really delicious sub. So for lunch today, I jumped into the car and at the traffic light, I brought up the Jimmy John's app and ordered my Unwich. Customized extensively, they had all of about four minutes to be prepared. What a difference 3 years make. What happened to this Jimmy John's!? I ordered two Little Johns online. I couldn't make up my mind what I wanted - Italian or Roast Beef. I thought this way I would get the best of both worlds. Wrong. First, if you've ordered Jimmy John's sandwiches before, don't bother ordering the Little Johns. You will be disappointed. It's a joke - just a shadow of the original. I don't know why they even go there except maybe they're trying to capture a frugal audience. Don't cheap out - get the real sandwich. And the end of one French bread piece would make a good door knocker it was so hard. When I walked in to pick up my prepaid order, I didn't get a greeting, I got a raised eyebrow. The cashier practically threw the bag at me with not so much as a damn thank you. Today, between 12:40 and 12:45. Greeting a customer and saying thank you are painless FREE ways to show appreciation. Normally come to this location for lunch since it's so close to work. I've been ordering first from the JJ app which is super easy, but I wish they had the option to make it the lunch box special where you get a pickle, drink, chips, and cookie with your sandwich. Maybe next time I'll ask to make it a combo lunch before payinG to see if they can change it. This is the only location that ever gets my order right with extra onions and hot peppers. I ordered my Vito (Italian sub), and was eating and enjoying it right away. It was maybe a little light on the vinaigrette and salami, but still tasty. I mention the polite employees in contrast to the hipster-y jerks I have encountered at other locations, who are usually too busy standing around adjusting their fake keffiyehs, waiting for an opportunity to go out on their fixies for a delivery than to provide reasonable and courteous service. I ordered a full size sub (the Pepe, I believe) online for delivery. Yes, delivery was very quick and the sub tasted fine. Saw this new place a couple of weeks ago and decided to give it a try today. They're located right next door to Harris Teeter. JJ's has a full menu of 8 inch or 12 inch subs. I had the #9 Italian Night Club off the 12 inch menu. Not bad at all. There was plenty of meat and the vinaigrette was excellent. My only complaint, to much mayo. That's my own fault, not theirs. The staff was nice and my co-worker and I talked to the owner for a few minutes who was very friendly. The sandwich was also better than any Subway I've ever been into. Give them a try. read more

I had the Vito sub which is my favorite. The size of this sub is just enough to fill me up and satisfy my hunger. I come here atleast a couple times a month but would probably frequent more if there was one closer to my house. The closes Jimmy John's to me is about 20 minutes away. In the shade on a nice day for lunch has been so relaxing. only problem I had was I had to request the umbrella at the table be put up the first visit it was already up. We ordered 2 Turkey Toms at the drive through and they asked us to pull up and wait in the parking lot for it to be delivered because it was taking so long. I have ordered huge orders several times for delivery for all my employees during peak lunch/dinner hours and it was always delivered within 10-12 minutes. The staff is friendly, helpful and will explain the different topping option if you have questions. as a business owner myself I am very impressed with the way this store operates. Prices are pretty good compared to subway. My husband prefers jimmy to subway. Plus they deliver. Staff was very quick to help and not invovled with themselves in conversation. Clean and friendly. I wish they offered some type of milk product for kids vs just soda or water. read more
