This Jiffy Lube is usually my go to for oil changes but my most recent visit left me pretty upset. I went in for an oil change and was told that something "pretty concerning" popped up and that my battery was at 0%. Which was very confusing considering i drove in from the bay and my car has been working completely fine. They told me that they don't have the battery my car needs but they can order one. They said it'll be 290 plus 20 for service. I told them i don't have that and can you please check again. I spoke to three different people and it took a third to actually check it for me. After someone finally checked it for me, my SOC was 97% and my SOH was 57%. They shrugged it off and sent me on my way. I usually come to this place because i always felt respected and looked out for but that's no longer the case. Women who decide to go in here alone - be wary. Times are especially hard right now too for everyone and money is tight. Don't give your business to people you clearly can't trust. read more

I needed an oil change before my trip. I didn't have much time. After looking online it looked like Jiffy Lube was the best option. I have a 1997 F350 diesel and always change the oil myself. They only had one selection of oil for my truck. Not my favorite by any means but it worked in a pinch. The people were nice. Explained the process well. We took our car in for an oil change, and the mechanic didn't screw the skid plate which covers the oil pan back on correctly. I had my young grandkids in the car and it came loose on I-5, and was dragging under my car along the freeway at 65 mph. Luckily it didn't break off and hit someone's car. My poor granddaughter was so scared as I pulled off the freeway, and we all had to sit and wait for help. Went here recently and got an oil change, A/C recharge, and air filter changed out, the service was fast and staff was friendly I will give them that but there is lack of attention. Due to a missing clip used to hold the air filter, this clip was being thrown around when driving leading there to be damage to my radiator. This caused my car engine to overheat and be left on the side of the road a week after my visit here. As it is one of two clips, this should have been easily caught as the mechanic I had to go to afterwards noticed immediately. read more

Been putting off my oil change and finally made the effort to do it. Weekends are usually hectic so I appreciate the fact that this location was open until 6:30. I pull in at 6:10, honestly I was expecting to be turned. I was not. I was welcomed in. They didn't push any products on me,even told me my air filter was in good shape. Kirk is fantastic, knowledgeable and very helpful. Would highly this location over the one in Fairfield on Holiday Lane, where they can't get a simple Coolant Flush done properly. I went back (3) times and they still could not figure out that the top radiator hose was damaged all along, visible in plain site, and each time I came back my 2014 Jeep Patriot Limited was losing coolant and at the initial appointment date, the radiator hose/line had not been properly "burped" to let air flow into entire engine. Wasted so much time/gas going back and forth from my home to their location/shop. I'm a former enlisted USAF Air Cargo Specialist and USPS retired Letter Carrier 20 yrs living on SS Disability. It was challenging to manage all these trips between my medical appointments in Fairfield/Vacaville with all my Specialist Doctors and treatments. Sure this time I finally said yes since it was time, they returned the car to me and with glove compartment detached and still on the ground. I realized as I was driving away....There was no new filter and my old one was gone. Thought it was weird they were super busy and still got my car through in 20 minutes. Terrible experience. I went for a simple oil change and left with damage to my own car. After my oil change i drove home and was on the freeway and i heard random scrapping noise from the bottom of my car. I had to pull over and i seen the engine splash shield was dragging. I drive a small car thats low so i cant go under myself to try to fix it, plus the screws were already missing. I had no choice but to drive back and get it fixed. I wasted my time and ran late to what i had planned next. All i was offered was 15% off my next service. Like i would come back. The manager was nice but i was already unhappy with what had happened Instead of worrying about my engine and cabin filters maybe give more time for the employee to screw on bolts. So if u go pls make sure they screw on your engine splash shield tight enough. read more

Great customer service. You can see they are a team driven location, communicating with customers effectively and very polite. The technician came inside to show the dipstick that the oil was topped off, and the salesman Justin showed me my cabin air filter which I decided to replace. Small things like cabin air filters you forget about as I did, luckily they checked those things and were not pushy with getting a new one which made me choose to get a new one anyways. read more

I called in today about taking my father's toyota sienna for a wiper blade replacement They told me to just bring it in. I waited in line for over 30 minutes in the hot sun and was never welcomed or acknowledged when I waited in line. However they acknowledged and welcomed the 3 other people after me. They were very unfriendly,unproffesional. I hope they did not pass over me because I was Asian. I was truly disappointed and hurt by their actions. Called a day before to get an estimate for transmission fluid changed and was given the information I needed, came in the next day and was greeted as soon as I pulled in, very nice introduction and asked what services I needed today, was actually made aware by the man helping me that I actually might not need the service from the information I had given him(I had gone to Honda dealership the week prior and they were trying to push me on a add on sale to get the service done there for 300$+) so the man at jiffy lube was actually trying to save me money and was also very informative on any questions I asked him about the service! But to be safe I still got the service done here as it was literally a third of the price so you can't beat that!
