This is the place to get your car serviced! I first took my car to get the oil changed and was amazed at the professionalism from everyone. I then needed my brakes done, but was apprehensive getting them done because as a woman I have been taken advantage of before by car repair shops. I was even considering having a friend do them, but just didn't have the wait time. They needed done that day! I didn't even know Jiffy Lube does brakes, until I asked someone. I hesitantly went to speak to them and was pleasantly surprised by his explanation of the process of needing new rotors vs. having them repaired. BTW, they don't repair them, they use all new parts and it was cheaper than sanding them down or whatever it is they do to them. At another local place I was quoted over $700 for new brakes and rotors and felt uneasy with the pressure of the "salesman" rushing me to make a decision. I think his name is Mike, he was not selling me anything, but explained the brake system and how it pertains to the services that Jiffy Lube offers. I ended up very happy with the price and time frame allotted. His crew are very professional and they work very hard and deserve many Thank yous! This review is long, so I have provided a "cliff notes" version for those looking to get a quick rundown I cannot provide a full story as Yelp restricts longer reviews. Cliff Notes: - Frequent customers to Jiffy Lube (our 2nd time at this specific location, first time was fine). - Was not checked in like Jiffy Lube usually does. Told to write name, type of car and phone number on a clipboard. - Told manager (Michael) although he recommended synthetic (approx. $74). we would like the conventional oil change (approx. $55). Filled out clipboard with info, and manager advised he understood and would pass the info to the team - Went to lunch nearby, and received a phone call approx 25 min later from Sean advising our total would be $120. Insisted on doing synthetic even though we made it clear with the manager (Michael) we were looking for conventional. - After going back and forth with Sean about the $120 quote, he then quoted approx $84, which was for a "synthetic blend" (From what I understand this is in between conventional and full synthetic). No... we just wanted a conventional oil change. Finally, he came back with the quote we expected (approx $55). - Didn't receive a phone call for recommendations or that our car was completed. We happened to walk back after lunch to see the car was done and parked in a spot. - The employees didn't reset oil notification (dashboard), change oil reminder sticker, vacuum, check correct tire pressure, check/recommend cabin/engine filter(s). - Spoke with Sean who seemed to blame other (new) employees, and not take any of accountability upon himself. - Asked to speak with Assistant Manager (Ed) who helped clear up the work that had not been checked/done. Called manager/district manager to get approval for free engine/air filter(s). As Sean was finalizing paperwork, we stated we wanted to use a coupon we printed. Sean was able to apply the coupon to our invoice that would make our price even lower - We felt better at this point. As Sean had us sign a few normal documents before getting the keys and departing, I asked him if there were any recommendations. He looked at me somewhat confused at first, and then said "No, everything looks good" (Red Flag #1). We got the keys, went to the car to start it and back out as we immediately noticed the "Change Engine Oil" notification was still showing (Red Flag #2). Before exiting the vehicle to ask why this had not yet been done, we then noticed that the old "reminder" sticker in the top left hand part of the windshield was still showing the old sticker from when we last visited this location (Red Flag #3). Just before turning off the ignition, we then hear another beep... it's the tire pressure warning sign (Red Flag #4). Among the many items included checking cabin and engine air filters (comment said "OK"), tire pressure (comment said 35F/35R for tire pressure on the front/rear) and vacuum (comment said "DONE"). As I'm reading this, I'm sitting in the drivers seat looking down at the carpet looking at the mess thinking there was absolutely no way this car was vacuumed (Red Flag #5). At this point, I thought it was best to speak to a manager so we could get our issues addressed and resolved considering our plans for the remainder of the day. Sean advised the location manager (Michael) was no longer there, but I could speak to the Assistant Manager, Ed. As Ed walked up and greeted himself, he was very welcoming and understanding of the "Red Flags" I mentioned above. Additionally, I explained to him at this point it was very difficult to understand if ANY work had been done to the vehicle considering all of these Red Flags (it was impossible for me to go under the carriage of the car to see the new oil filter at the time). He seemed to be shocked that a number of things were missed, and assured he would take care of these himself, including re-checking the items that were routine in Jiffy Lube Visits (air filters, tire pressure, fluids, etc). The tire pressure said 35F/35R on the sheet, but he later said he filled them to 33F/33R per the tire recommendations. The cabin and air filters were removed and he brought them to me with a look on his face like he had seen a ghost. Similar to Sean, Ed explained that there were a number of newer employees on the team and he was going to address with them the concerns to ensure they do not continue. We thanked Ed for his assistance clearing up our concerns, we left. As I was contemplating writing this review, I only thought it was right for me to tell the full story about our experience. Beyond going to the dealership for specific needs, Jiffy Lube has been the place we have visited for nearly all of our vehicles over the years. This one experience, although isolated (but extreme), could be the difference maker in our future business with this company entirely. I hope the manager(s) and owner(s) can look into this further to make things right, and keep them that way. read more

Had to wait one hour for a 15 minute oil change in which the manager himself was surprised that I waited an hour. I asked him if I can get the car wash coupon and they said no because I used a $20 off coupon for the oil change. This used to be a good place for oil changes; not anymore. It is typical 'bait and switch' and sell, sell, sell. After the work is started, they say ooops, you need synthetic oil - which is double the cost. This oil change cost more than the dealership charges! Not worth it! read more

They just recently changed to Jiffy Lube. I can't remember what it was called before. I go here when I tail light out or need other small maintanence done to my car and they usually get it done quickly and at a decent price. The last time I got my tail light fixed (before it was Jiffy Lube), they accidentally broke the piece that holds the light in off from the inside. They fixed it with blue tape. I was a little bummed but accidents happen and it's on the inside of my trunk so it's not noticeable. Hopefully, they'll be more careful next time. read more

Husband had a "coupon" stating $21.99 for a "conventional oil change" he gave this to the kid at the counter who then stated he, husband, didn't understand, that it was for $21.99 OFF, of $72.00! There was no "off" written on the coupon. They had a couple deals with OFF on the coupon, like 15% OFF and $18 OFF (synthetic oil change) but he wanted a regular conventional oil change. Asked for manager, told he was "busy"! I just got off the phone with him, took him a loooooong time to actually LISTEN to what I was saying before admitting they were wrong. Normally I like Jiffy Lube. Professional service, clean environment (well as clean as it can be with oil around). I am lazy and will pay someone to do this service. Now, about this location. I had the oil changed in my company car and when I was home I noticed some oil leaking. I took it back and they had to tighten the filter...their mistake...no apologies, nothing for my time to bring it back. Then I had the oil changed there again and it happend again...more oil leaking this time they said it just wasn't cleaned by the tech (again they admitted their fault) with nothing for my time. Bad, Very Very Bad. I really should have read these reviews. This place is run worse than the seediest side of the road garage. Every other JiffyLube I've gone to has been fast, professional, and kept good records. I didn't even mind the up sell at the other places because the rest of the service was always awesome. Being new to the area, I wanted to make sure I kept some kind of track record of my car's maintenance, so I chose Jiffy Lube. My Experience I pulled in on a Sunday around 11:30AM, there were 4 cars in the two lanes but none in line so I figure 30-45 minute wait at max. Jesse told me to leave the car in the ignition and meet him inside (I assumed he would check me in there). After waiting inside for about 15 minutes no one had checked me in. Figuring they were just busy at that moment and I asked the Asst. Manager Anthony if I should come back later, he said the wait was currently 1 hour or longer, when was he going to tell me that I wondered, "Ok, I'll come back later" I told him, he seemed ambivalent. I came back around 12:20PM and I noticed some of the same cars were still in garage but I pulled up anyway. I needed my damn oil changed, ok!? Same routine, except this time the pull in the car and pop the hood and start screwing around under the hood, doing their "extras", you know checking fluids etc. I wait...finally 30 minutes later he informs me that I can now be checked in and the change should be about ~15m. I set a timer on my phone a full 25 minutes later, Anthony escorts me to the final inspection, and starts mumbling about the services performed etc. Then I catch him in a bold faced lie, he tells me they topped off my windshield wiper fluid - but I just put water in it last week and their fluid is obviously not in my reservoir. I call him out on it, tell him not to bullshit me - no apology - just hands me the key and walks away. I was truly flabbergasted. This guy is not management material and form the other reviews it seems like most of the gripes are with how he runs things. I will be sending letters to the both the franchise owner, Najjar Lube Centers Inc. as well as the general manager, James., If I don't receive a reply - I will definitely contact JiffyLube corporate. Conclusion, In my opinion this place should really lose it's franchisee license from JiffyLube. Looks like a JiffyLube, sure as hell doesn't make the brand any better. Advice, go somewhere else! Don't let your wife or daughter go here! We went there with a coupon for an oil change. They upsold the wife and told her she needed all these "special items." I got on the phone with the guy (who was a jerk) and basically said she already authorized it and they have drained the oil or I would have her taken it elsewhere. So he said he could do it for X and I said I guess I have no other choice since the oil is out. He then tried to get my wife to sign an estimate for a higher price. I called him back and he said he had forgotten to quote an extra quart of oil. I said he quoted me a price and he was sticking with it...he finally conceded and we got out of there for about 4 times the original plan. I get businesses trying to make money but I am confident had my wife not been able to reach me they would have taken her for even more, especially after the estimate bait and switch. They guys are not to be trusted! Better to change your oil in your garage even if you don't know how to than bring the car to them! read more

Great service, timely and professional! I originally went into this particular Jiffy Lube to convenience as it is only about 2 miles from my house. I left as a customer for as long as I drive. On Jan. 19, 2019 I went into Jiffy Lube around 7:30am after I took my daughter to school. From the moment I drove up I was immediately greeted by a service tech. and taken inside to meet with the Store Manager Michael. Michael, explained to me my options and recommendations on oil, gave me a military discount, got the oil changed, topped off fluids, preformed a safety check with print outs and had me ready to drive within 20 minutes. He and Sean worked in tandem to get me back on the road as soon as possible. My Jeep ran like a brand new vehicle (w/130K) on it although you could never tell. I was so impressed, I went back today Jan. 29, 2019 to have my brakes replaced. Again, greeted, inside for a consultation and the Jeep was in the bay getting pads and rotors replaced. I just took my car in this morning for an oil change with my 1 year . When I arrived at 8:30 there were 3 cars ahead of me. By 9 a car pulled up after me and a few mins later they were in the bay. Their hood was popped and the tech was working on the car. I still wasn't in the bay . By 9:15 I got pulled in they did the light test, popped my hood and then the guy Went back to the car that was after me . No one touched my car until almost 10 and one of the techs clocked in and she handled my car within 10 mins . A little after 10 I was out of there. I get it , they want to work on the cars that want more work done, but cars need oil changes too. I don't know if it's because I'm a female they thought I wouldn't say anything or what. But let's just say my husband was pretty pissed and will be taking my car for oil changed next time. Almost 2 hours for an oil change?
