I had my oil changed and wiper blades replaced here. Two weeks later during the rain today, the first time I used my wipers, one flew off into traffic. When I returned to Jiffy Lube to have them rectify the problem, I was told to wait for the manager. 15 minutes went by and I finally got out of my car to see what was going on, only to find out he'd been in the garage working on cars the whole time in front of me. I showed him the broken blade and he said, "Yeah, this doesn't look like one of ours." So I said, "It's definitely one of yours. Go check your records." He comes back, apologizes and then finally after 30 minutes of waiting replaced the wipers. Before leaving I told him they seriously need to work on customer service." He listens and then says, "Next time you come in MAYBE I'll give you a discount." I told him there won't be a next time, but thanks anyway. read more

I took my 2014 Honda Civic to Jiffy Lube (Temecula) and am very happy with the service I received. The work that was performed was great quality therefore it was worth waiting a little longer. OMG! If they could go any slower, they would be going in reverse!!! You go to America's Tire, and you see those guys hustle - I mean moving. Jiffy Lube is the opposite!!! I was watching them. They must have been stoned or something. No direction, no purpose, nothing. And they were not understaffed. One hour and 40 minutes with 2 cars in the bay and 1 car in front of me - all simple oil changes. And the first guy comes to greet me and says about 20 minutes per car - yeah right!!! I was so steaming by the time my time came up that I told them I didn't want any other service - no lights checked, no filters checked, no fluids topped off - nothing. And that still took over 20 minutes. And $80 bucks. Right there and then I decided no more BS from this place or any other. Back to doing it myself. Save yourself from this place - TOO SLOW!!!!! I waited a few hours to post my review, because I was so disgusted by this place! First red flag was that no one was here and I was going because I had a "coupon" big mistake.. I asked for the $30 oil change upon arrival, but when I entered the store I was greeted by Sean who informed me that my vehicle used synthetic oil so I couldn't use that particular coupon, but that I could use my $18 off coupon for the $90 oil change that I would need. Ok so I agreed, even though $70 is still more than I normally pay at the dealership, I was already there and my car was already being serviced so I just said fine! Then came the balls to the face..it was literally like rapid fire.."your tires have never been rotated," "your air filter is dirty," "your cabin filter needs to be changed," "we can top off all your your fluids"..etc!! I literally said out loud: is this the nail salon? Do you want to add a flower to my manicure for $5 more?? It was ridiculous!! I asked how much the air cabin filter was because it's a pain in the butt to get to and I did need to change that, but the rest of the stuff...no thanks! Sean then told me that there was no price showing up for the air cabin filter but that he would honour the auto zone price I agreed thinking ok $20 max (shoot me now!) So while I'm waiting I see groupon has a jiffy lube $49 synthetic oil change available..so I say "hey can I purchase this to use today?" Sean says "don't worry about buying it, I'll honour it but if you buy it..it's like a six page thing we have to process so I'll give you a deal that's the same as the groupon." So I was like awesome ok so I'm thinking about $70 Was my price point. Fast forward my vehicle a (2013 GMC Acadia) is now finished so it's time to pay, and he proceeds to give me the original bill of $159.....:WTF?? I say ummmm are you joking? Where is the groupon discount? He then proceeds to say, oh we don't take groupon? I look around for the camera waiting for someone to jump out and tell me that my ass is being punked...but that never happens, so I say you just told me 10 minutes ago not to purchase it because it's a 6 page ordeal?? So he sees I'm about ready to lose it so he goes outside and comes back with...low and behold a groupon code...he takes $23 off my bill! I say ok well what is the auto zone price for the cabin filter..he says, oh it's the $40 I charged you for? I said What?? You told me there was no fee so you would adjust that to the auto zone fee?? I seriously was going to flip out on this dude.. If I didn't have to pick up my kids from school, I would have stayed and fought this longer! I said no wonder you have no business, you straight out lie..and you are twice the fee of the dealership? His response was, well you're paying for labour and the time you save using us! I will NEVER be back to any Jiffy Lube EVER..and this Sean dude...I'll just leave it at that! If you like taking it in the butt...definitely head here..they will lube you up and get you out quick but you are going to pay for it!! Didn't realize at first till I took my car to get checked thinking it was my brakes that were scraping but it was my plastic being dragged and due to the dragging, pieces of my plastic broke off. My 17 yr old daughter went in for an oil change. They did ask her which oil she wanted, however didn't explain to her the differences in oil not prices. I pulled up today to have my oil changed (synthetic) on my Subaru Forester XT. The gentleman that met me as I pulled up to the Jiffy Lube explained it would be about an hour and a half wait as they had a few cars lined up requiring more than just an oil change. That was fine because I needed my oil changed anyhow and could get a little done on the phone while waiting. When it was all said and done it actually only took about 30 minutes, so I was psyched! He put in extra attention to have the car ready for my daughters driving test. The dealership is $54.99. Dealership is where I will continue to service our cars. Love Jiffy Lube! Michael, James & Andres provided excellent customer service while completing my oil change. They did an entire under the hood inspection as a courtesy. This is was unexpected but such a great surprise made me feel like I was driving away knowing my vehicle was safe. Very covid safe I stayed in my car the whole time. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves and doing temperature checks. They even cleaned all my windows. I was really hesitant to bring my car here after having several terrible experiences with a different corporately owned auto-service company (*cough* Pep boys *cough*) but the location was conveniently located near my work and I had procrastinated far too long on some much needed maintenance. Luckily the employees here far exceeded my expectations and the experience was a positive one! I needed an oil change, brake fluid flushed, and transmission flushed. I went over everything with the technician and my car was brought in immediately and inspected. There was no up-selling, no pushy sales tactics, the only thing they suggested for me was new windshield wipers (which I DID need, and was aware of prior to going in) and they were actually less expensive than when I buy them myself at Target. I really appreciated their honesty, I don't think I've ever had my oil changed and not been pressured to buy a new oil filter, but these guys actually brought mine in, showed me, and said it was still pretty clean and I didn't necessarily need it replaced at that time. They also didn't try and push any expensive fancy synthetic oil and told me point blank that it would be overkill for my geriatric vehicle. The price I ended up paying was right on par with what I had guesstimated. They even gave me a deal on a couple things, despite me forgetting to bring any coupons.
