I've been coming here for 6 years. The experiences have always been great but on this latest visit i was blown away. The speed of service was above my expectations but the fact that they went above and beyond was amazing. Travis is the gentleman that actually performed the oil change but when he noticed that my skid plate was damaged, he went out of his way to find appropriate hardware to fix it. He didn't have to repair my broken part but he didn't feel comfortable leaving me with a damaged car. I drove in with that damage and by the time I left, it was non existent. I bought a Groupon for an oil change. I chose Jiffy Lube because of all the extra things they do from checking all the levels, vacuuming and washing the windows. I appreciated they showed me the dirty air filter and suggested it looked like it hadn't been changed for a few years. I had them change it. Danny rechecked the oil and transmission fluid for me. I waited since they were super busy, but to me it is worth it for peace of mind driving. Professional from the start to end and worth the wait. Thanks to everyone that helped me. I appreciate the service at this location. Nathaniel was polite, professional, and friendly. Price is a little steep I have to admit. But I've been to all kinds of places and I've learned in all my years that good service is sometimes better than cheap service. I prefer these guys over Walmart, Firestone, and pepboys. They took care of my wife and I better than all the other places we've been to. They're all a class act. A free carwash balances out the price a bit. So give them a chance and ask for Nathaniel. They installed the new part for me and it didn't cost me much compared to what the dealership would have charged! They only charged for the time spent putting the part in! They were very kind! I'm extremely impressed by the service at Jiffy Lube. This was the first time anyone has ever walked over to the car with me to show me the work they did. It was nice to be included in a quick, quality assurance check. I continue to love this store. Went in today and got my oil change as usual but I know I needed some other maintenance. They had these great packages. Went here for a oil and filter change. I told the service writer that I wanted 10-30 detergent oil. He looked up my car and told me I had to get synthetic for this engine as this was the only oil he would put in the car. I tried to look up the required oil in the manual for the car but could not find it quickly so he told me to agree or back the car out. He had changed the oil and filter by the time I found what the car required. The car required 10-30 detergent oil, not synthetic oil. Don't go there! Miss diagnosis what was wrong my car. I now have to have an engine replacement and radiator repaired. I suggested checking certain things and they told me that everything was fine. In actuality it wasn't fine at all. For basic oil changes they are good, but anything else major to be done, take it somewhere else. read more

Brought two cars in for an oil change and it took an hour and a half! I usually go to Valvoline Instant on Temecula Parkway where you can wait in your car while they change and never takes more than 15 minutes. Decided to go to JL becuase of a Groupon discount but not worth the time lost. To make things worse one of the cars began to drip oil when I got it home so back I went the next day for another half hour wait to replace the gasket on the drain plug that was worn and should have been replaced with the oil change. Next time I will pay a little more for better and faster service. read more

The technician was knowledgable. I had my vehicle history file with me. He pointed out that the dealer had been using standard oil for their "discount" oil changes. However, the manufacturer recommendation is to only use a special synthetic blend. He helped me find a couple on line and the price was reasonable. Good quick service. read more

I needed to have the coolant in my motorhome flushed and protected against freezing weather. My motorhome also needed a lube (I had changed the oil myselr). I called Jiffy Lube and found they had a bay big enough to handle my motorhome on a first come, first served basis. Michael greeted me and took note of what I wanted. He later advised me that the ball joint boots on my front end were in need of replacement. The staff was great, the work got done as quickly as possible I found out that repairs were needed that I didn't know about and I was on my way. read more

A day after getting our oil changed, the skid plate underneath our VW came off on the freeway, damaging it beyond repair. We contacted Jiffy Lube since we figured it was likely not secured properly after they changed our oil. They apologized for the inconvenience and immediately ordered us a replacement skid plate. We took our vehicle in a couple weeks later and had them install the new one. Both times we were at their shop, the employees were very friendly and professional. I had my car serviced incorrectly in Los Angeles and when visiting my mom here in Temecula I returned to my car in the driveway with oil leaking out of it like crazy! I even got step by step written instructions on how to properly address the issue that they fixed should another mechanic encounter it!!!! Whoa, please stay away from Jiffy Lube. Please. If you can do anything for the good of humanity, stay as far away from this location as possible. I normally take my car to my mechanic after having this location strip the threading on the cap of my oil pan about 8 years ago. I should have known I was going to have a problem, but I thought that maybe they were better somehow. I was wrong! I was short on time and leaving for a small road trip the same day and I needed my oil changed. I went to my mechanic and he was swamped. This Jiffy Lube location is down the street from my house and is geographically convenient, yet very inconvenient for my wallet. I took it in and for some reason they always try to push this useless stuff on you. High grade oils and such. By the time I leave, I'm out 80 bucks and I wonder what the hell happened. They told me I needed to change my air filter, yet it had been replaced during my oil change prior to this visit. I'm sorry, but I pay attention to what goes on with my car and I'd appreciate some honesty. Three days ago I'm leaving work and I notice this sound coming from under my hood. I go home, leave my car running and pop the hood. My engine is shaking and I hear air blowing from somewhere. I look to the right of my engine and find a hose that has been "repaired" with 6 inches of electrical tape. I take it into my mechanic and he explains that the mounts on my vacuum pump somehow lost their hold to my engine by either being knocked off or just plain old deterioration. The vacuum pump "fell" and broke the hose. Clearly someone saw this and decided to tape it and leave my vacuum pump hanging in the breeze or else the vacuum pump gnome kicked it and taped it back together with his fairy tape. Here's the thing, the only people that have been under the hood of my car in the past year have been my mechanic and the morons at this Jiffy Lube. My mechanic is not a moron and I trust him. If my mechanic had done this car foul, he would have just told me I needed a new hose. If my mechanic recommends it to me, I do it. I may ask a few questions, but he has NEVER pulled bonehead moves with me. Jiffy Lube on the other had is a bonehead party. Like the previous reviewer, I also had leakage on my driveway due to their messy job. Thanks Jiffy Lube! I will never visit this location again, and you shouldn't either! read more

I would recommend you not go to Jiffy Lube based on my own experience. They are very dishonest. They must get paid a commission to sell you repairs you do not need. First they tried to sell me synthetic oil, saying my car had to have it. Well, I called the dealer and they said, "no, don't put synthetic in your car it will ruin it". First strike! Then they tried to tell me I needed a tire rotation when I just got new tires two months ago! Strike two. Then it was I need all my fluids changed. No I don't, I just had them done. Strike three. But the worst thing they did was start a service on my car without my authorization and then tell me it was absolutely necessary and made me pay for it. So, I would say find another oil change shop, these guys are not honest and they definitely don't have your best interest at heart. read more

I will never go to this Jiffy Lube again. I am a firefighter and only had one day off this week and heading back to station for another four in a row. I normally change my own oil, but I saw an add in a mailer, and thought it would give me more time to hang out with my kids before going to work. I was quoted 30 to 45 minutes. That was before he saw I would be using a coupon I guess. They moved my car from one line, to another after 45 minutes, and someone who arrived an hour after I did got their car twenty minutes before me. They tried to trick me into paying for oil that wasn't covered by the coupon after I had specified that the oil I wanted was whatever oil was covered by the coupon. Total time it took me was 2 1/2 hours for the most basic oil change. They also tried telling me I needed my tires rotated, and I had just come from tire shop where I had bought new tires 20 minutes prior. I have never left a bad review on Yelp. And have only a few reviews at all. I only give one if a company has really deserved it. Well the other companies have deserved their praise, and this Jiffy Lube deserves a bad review. read more

I had a great visit at Jiffy Lube today. When I first tried to get in, there was quite a wait which Brian let me know about and I appreciated. When I came back they were able to get going immediately. It did take quite a bit of time but I was very impressed by the teamwork. The team constantly communicated between the various cars they were working on. Each guy that worked on my car was courteous, professional, and thorough (I wish I remembered each of their names!). I have to think this is thanks to Michael's leadership. The way he interacted with the men he was working with really impacted me. He was kind, patient, and encouraging as they encountered obstacles. It's evident he enjoys teaching and is great at it! And he was so sweet in how he interacted with my 3 year old who was getting a little stir crazy since we now wait with our vehicle. I'm bummed the car wash that is included is now only the gold and not the silver so it's outside only, but you really can't beat this customer service! Jiffy Lube your check engine light may have just come on, read my previous review, instructions were to leave information for your regional manager Jeff to call me based on my bad experience. I did that a few days later never got any response I realize some companies definitely make mistakes ,my review is based off of how you drop the ball and never followed up. If you read my previous reviews you can see I was in for an oil change just over a week ago, last night my change oil light came on, your Tec did not reset my oil light and it prompted me to have to pull off the freeway to make sure I was not having a oil problem,that was the cherry on top after all the previous issues I had on my last oil change. So looks like I'm definitely taking my business somewhere else,perhaps it's time for you to change your staff while I change my oil. read more

Went to Jiffy Lube #1878 on Winchester, within the car wash, on 1/12/20. Advised the guy at check in that a tire sensor was on so be sure to check tires. At check out with the manager Michael, he assured me all tires were filled to 31 psi. and that the light would go off after a few miles of driving. Paid the $50 bill and waited for my car to be cleaned. 5 days later the sensor light was still on. Went back to jiffy lube to have it checked. ALL 4 tires needed air. So much for their service checklist. Also noticed there was not a reminder sticker in the l windshield. I called James, I guess CS rep, and he apologized and wanted to redeem their reputation. He would mail a voucher for free oil change. Never received it so i called James and let him know. He said he has just sent the paperwork through and i should be getting the voucher 5-7 days. Well, guess what...NO voucher. Today, 2/26 i called James to tell him and he tells me I should've called him sooner. Too Late. I'll never use Jiffy Lube again and will be sure to let people know to check their work. Who knows what other items on the service checklist were not reviewed. Not a trustworthy business. I will be using another oil service company, never again Jiffy Lube. Watch out for this store!!!! read more

Had my cars oil changed here. Not the fastest jiffy I have been too, but just as effective. The nice thing was they are nice enough to help with price. I had a coupon from another oil change place but they still gave me the coupon price here. Customer service was nice.
