I had about 40 minutes to spare, so I stopped by Jiffy Lube without an appointment for an oil change. They got me in and out in about 10 minutes! They also have a self check-in option, which makes the process even faster. I really appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs or services. Quick, easy, and hassle-free. Great experience! read more

Came for an oil change. One day. A few days later there was a leak under the car. Came in for an inspection and they found a CV Axle seal was cracked. They said they could fix it. They tried to get the part but the other business was closed. They got the part the next day and finished the repairs before they closed. Ambrocio assured me everything was OK. Ambrocio was very nice. All the workers were nice and helpful. You will enjoy this shop. Very nice and the waiting room is air conditioned. They are concerned the job will be right. read more

I dropped by without an appointment to get an Uber inspection. They were busy but incredibly kind and communicative. It really didn't take that long (maybe 45 minutes) and they kept me in the loop throughout the wait. I highly recommend this location if you want to be treated respectfully and in an environment where, while they were busy, they never appeared stressed. read more

Friendly employees! Quick service! Comfortable waiting area. Continently located. Clean bathroom

I've used Jiffy Lube in years past. I can change my own oil but sometimes it's just more convenient to pay somebody else to do it. This past weekend both our cars needed oil changes. I wasn't about to spend my New Year's Eve changing it myself so we took a quick drive, right around the corner, to the new Jiffy Lube. The employees were friendly and professional. They said it would take about 40 minutes since there were other cars in the bays, they had us done in about 35 minutes. Always nice to under promise and over deliver to your customers. They did recommend a few other services (as all auto shops do) but they were very up front about what could wait and what should be done sooner rather than later instead of pushing every recommended service to be completed immediately. Also, they were right about the additional services (cabin air filter in one car, primary air filter in the other) so I don't feel taken advantage of. Had a couple of coupons since they just opened so the price was just right. Price would probably be a little high without tue discount but with synthetic blend in both cars the price is comparable to other shops in the area. Still over priced but what isn't these days?!??! Will likely use this location again due to our proximity. Will keep an eye out for any future deals/discounts. read more

I've been coming here for years and they always have the best customer service and never take a long time to do an oil change for me. The price is affordable and I feel it's a normal price range for places to get your oil change done. read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Winchester, California

The tech never changed his gloves. He used the same gloves to change my oil, open my door, touch the steering wheel, shift knob etc. Engine oil all over the inside of my car. And as you know, oil isn't the easiest to clean. Safe to say I won't be using this place anymore. Gloves should be taken off when getting into the car to drive. Especially after changing oil..... read more

I came in during a busy time, but I still felt welcomed and reassured that they would get to my car as soon as possible. Nathan always makes sure to personally take care of me. I've replaced my tires here and regularly come in for oil changes--and I've never had an issue. Nathan is always the one who helps me out. The entire staff is wonderful, but Nathan truly stands out with his excellent service. I really appreciate the time, effort, and professionalism. read more

Got an oil change the other day and the team was awesome. The service was quicker than I expected. The waiting area had coffee which was nice but all the lights were off and I nearly slipped and fell trying to use the restroom read more

I took my vehicle on Monday for an oil change, it was my first time at this location as it was recommended to me by a family member. As soon as I stepped in, my son's and I where greeted by Adrian and another associate ( sorry I didn't get his name). The waiting area was so clean and I was offered coffee while I waited for my car. The technician was so helpful and explained everything to me which was great!! Topped off my fluids, checked my tire pressure and cleaned all my windows as well as showed me my cabin filter that didn't need replacement according to them. If it annoys some of you for their thoroughness and transparency service then maybe this is not the place for you (damned if you do, damned if you don't) Thank you guys (and lady) for your amazing service read more

Had a good experience here when they first opened. Good service, in and out quickly. However, went back today parked in front of the oil change bay and went inside. There were two other cars being worked on, so it wasn't too busy. I waited 15 minutes at the counter and not a single employee came in to talk to me, take information or even just to say give us a few minutes or whatever. I finally gave up and left. Either they're severely understaffed, outside just hanging out and not paying attention or they don't care. Either way, not a good look. Plenty of oil change places around that I don't need to just stand around and waste my time hoping someone will make an appearance. read more

Andrea and Mike were Amazing. Very detailed, friendly. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you for your service. I will come back again. read more

The service and the staff there were great. Got me right in and finished quickly. However, I feel you need to be upfront about the services and give an estimate before you take the cars back to be serviced. By the time my truck was in the bay, I was given an estimate for $164 for an oil change. My truck takes about 7 quarts of oil and I was given the platinum without being asked or consulted. $90 in oil! I understand paying for labor, but to up charge the oil like that is crazy. While it was close and the service and staff were great, I will not be going back. read more

Called to make sure they had the correct oil for my truck. They did, so I asked if I could get an appointment, they said bring it in there is no wait. I get there 4 minutes later, and am told there is an hour wait. THAT is why I called to get an appointment, not cool! read more

First time getting service at this location, they're not the cheapest out there if you don't have coupons to offset the costs, but they have quality customer service compared to the shops in and around the area, will come back here again next time. read more

I was able to get an estimate online for my Chevy Silverado 1500 for my transmission fluid replacement and then when I got there I told the first technician what I was getting and he said they could do that and I'll just have to wait a bit though. Almost an hr passed and then another technician told me they couldn't do the service. I just wish they would've told me right when I got in and not after I waited for an hr also hopefully they will adjust the website so you can't get an estimate for a transmission fluid replacement for a 2019 Chevy Silverado because it's misleading read more

absolute rip off of a place, charging $57 in labor for less than 5min of work? I've never wrote a review before but this place was such a rip off I had to. receipt says vacuumed floors when they didn't, washed windows which they didn't, filled fluid levels which they didn't. the fuck you charging labor fees for when they didn't do anything? read more

Andrea assisted me. She was very friendly and professional. My oil change was done in 30 minutes as estimated. They charged the going rate in the area but do more. They checked fluid levels brakes, filters and rotated my tires like other places. In addition, they washed my windshield, vacuumed the car and checked all my lights. The lobby was clean and air conditioned. They had a nice coffee area. I could see my car being worked on through the windows in the lobby. I saw they used a torque wrench to tighten lug nuts and drain plugs. That's the correct way some places are too lazy do. I'll be coming back. read more
